The fifth Flag-Raising Ceremony for September 2025 was hosted by the Data Management Office, Internal Audit and Media Relations Office.

Delivering the President’s Message, Director of Admissions and Orientation Services, Mr. Erwin Capardo shared the recent milestones, including the achievement of the students from the College of Architecture and Fine Arts in the recently concluded International Federation of Landscape Architect World Congress 2025 held in France, a talented student from CAFA, Angelo Mañego placed 2nd Runner Up in IFLA Student Charrette Nantes 2025 as part of the international group together with Asia Micka Ella Mangalindan and their coach Arch. Angelo Paulo Mogul. In the spirit of academic and organizational distinction, the President acknowledged the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants - BulSU Chapter after winning the champion title in the 2025 Accounting Quiz Bowl with the support of their College Dean Dr. Gualberto A. Magdaraog and their Coach, Mr. John Patrick Bartolome while Janisse B. Catacutan was recognized for achieving 1st Runner Up spot. Mr. Capardo announced the ongoing submission of requirements that will end on December 20, 2025. Dr. San Andres reminded the community that through good deeds, a good harvest will follow which will give a better future for the BulSU Community. He also encouraged everyone to contribute small thing and effort to the community.

The ceremony concluded with the singing of the BulSU March—a powerful reminder of the university's commitment to continue serving with humility, passion, and faith—for BulSU, for the nation, and above all, for God.

Yesterday, the halls of the BulSU E-Library 5th floor echoed with purpose and pride as our Deans, Program Chairs, Department Heads, Faculty, and Staff—including those from our External Campuses—gathered for the official Launching and Orientation of the BulSU Data Management System.
This event marks more than just the unveiling of a new system—it celebrates our collective move toward a SMART, data-driven Bulacan State University. Spearheaded by the BulSU Data Management Office and the ISPIR Center, this system empowers us to transform information into action—for better decisions, smoother operations, and improved service to our stakeholders.
