ONLINE REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE PARA SA MGA OFW AT KANILANG PAMILYA

Upang higit na mapabilis at mapadali ang paghingi ng tulong ng ating mga kababayang Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) at kanilang mga pamilya, inilunsad ng Department of Migrant Workers – Regional Office No. III ang Online Request for Assistance.

Sa pamamagitan ng QR code na ito, maaaring direktang magsumite ng kahilingan o concern ang mga OFW at kanilang pamilya, anumang oras at saan mang lugar. Layunin nitong gawing mas mabilis, mas maayos, at mas accessible ang serbisyo ng pamahalaan para sa ating mga modernong bayani.

DMW Bulacan Provincial Office Supports OFWs through Consultation in Baliwag City

The DMW Bulacan Provincial Office recently participated in the OFW Consultation held in Baliwag City, providing vital support to Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) from the area. Through their Migrant Workers Help Desk, the DMW Bulacan was on hand to address the concerns and queries of OFWs, offering guidance and assistance on various matters related to their welfare and employment abroad.

The event, which was supervised by the Baliwag City PESO , drew a significant number of OFWs from Baliwag City. The consultation provided a valuable opportunity for OFWs to engage directly with DMW and PESO representatives, allowing them to raise their concerns and receive timely advice and support.

By participating in the consultation, the DMW Bulacan Provincial Office reinforced its commitment to serving the needs of OFWs and their families. The office's Migrant Workers Help Desk played a crucial role in providing on-the-spot assistance and information, helping to empower OFWs with the knowledge and resources they need to navigate the challenges of working abroad.

The successful consultation is a testament to the collaborative efforts of the DMW Bulacan Provincial Office and the Baliwag City PESO in promoting the welfare and protection of OFWs. The DMW remains dedicated to delivering its services to the public, particularly to those who are most vulnerable and in need of support.

In line with the Proclamation No. 1122, January 23, 2026 (Friday), a Special Non-Working Day has been declared in the Province of Bulacan in celebration of the Anniversary of the Inauguration of the First Philippine Republic.

Accordingly, there will be no office operations at the DMW Bulacan Provincial Office on that date.

Regular office operations will resume on Monday, January 26, 2026.

‼️PAALALA SA MGA UNDOCUMENTED FOREIGN RESIDENTS SA SOUTH KOREA‼️

Inilunsad ng Ministry of Justice ng South Korea ang 2025 Special Voluntary Departure Program (SVDP) para sa mga undocumented foreign residents na nais kusang umalis ng bansa mula Disyembre 1, 2025 hanggang Pebrero 28, 2026.

Kasama sa benepisyo ang pag-iwas sa multa at pagbawas ng entry restriction.

Para sa mga undocumented OFWs, may inihahaing reintegration assistance ang DMW–NRCO para sa ligtas na pagbabalik at panibagong simula sa Pilipinas.

Sumibol ang panibagong pag-asa at kaalaman para sa mga OFW returnee matapos matagumpay na naisakatuparan ng Department of Migrant Workers – Region III, DMW Bulacan katuwang ang Kubota Philippines, Inc. at PESO San Rafael Bulacan, ang “Kubota Saka OFW Expo: Rev-Up sa Modernong Pagsasaka at FAS-SBMT cm Biyaheng Entrepreneur,” na ginanap sa KPI Demo Farm, Caingin, San Rafael, Bulacan noong Nobyembre 20, 2025.

Sa unang bahagi ng aktibidad, isinagawa ang FAS-SBMT (Financial Awareness Seminar–Small Business) at Biyaheng Entrepreneur sessions. Tinalakay rito ang wastong pamamahala ng puhunan, pagtatayo ng sustainable livelihood projects, at paghahanap ng mga oportunidad sa agribusiness. Layunin ng mga ito na matulungan ang mga OFW returnee na makabuo ng matatag at pangmatagalang kabuhayan sa kanilang muling pagbalik sa bansa.

Samantala, sa ikalawang bahagi ng programa, binigyan ng pagkakataon ang mga dumalong OFW na makita at masubukan nang personal ang iba’t ibang makinaryang gawa ng KPI gaya ng traktora, water pump, combine harvester, rice transplanter, at agricultural drone. Sa pamamagitan nito, nagkaroon sila ng aktuwal na karanasan at mas malalim na pag-unawa sa paggamit ng makabagong kagamitan sa agrikultura.

Sa kabuuan, ang programa ay hindi lamang naghatid ng kaalaman at praktikal na karanasan, kundi nagbigay rin ng oportunidad, inspirasyon, at pag-asa para sa mga OFW returnee.

Lagi’t lagi para sa bayan, sa mamamayan, at lalong higit sa mga bagong bayani ng ating lipunan.
