Our office now features a warm and cozy brown-and-white aesthetic that reflects professionalism, comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere for every young person who walks through our doors. Highlighting the space is the official Sangguniang Kabataan logo illuminated by LED lighting, creating a modern yet inspiring environment that symbolizes our commitment to youth leadership and public service.
More than just a makeover, this improved office represents our continuing efforts to create a youth-friendly space where ideas are shared, programs are planned, and services are delivered for the benefit of the Tamban youth.

LOOK || SK NG BRGY. TAMBAN SUCCESSFULLY PROCURES OFFICE SUPPLIES FOR CONTINUOUS YOUTH SERVICES🖨️✨
The Sangguniang Kabataan ng Barangay Tamban headed by Hon. Rhona Faith M. Alforque, LPT, successfully procures office supplies for continuous youth services such as free printing services and other related assistance at Kristan Educational Supply.
Last month, canvassing was conducted for the said procurement, and the items were officially released on May 23, 2026.
With this, Sangguniang Kabataan ng Barangay Tamban continues to strengthen and sustain its youth-centered programs and services, ensuring more accessible support for the Tamban youth. These services, including free printing, can now be availed at the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Tamban Youth Hall: Bantawan sa Kabataan, Balay Pangandoy Center.

LOOK|| OUR YOUTH PEER EDUCATORS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE THE TRAINING OF TRAINERS CAMP! 🎉🇵🇭
The 6th Sangguniang Kabataan ng Barangay Tamban headed by Hon. Rhona Faith M. Alforque, LPT, proudly congratulates our youth delegates Queen Rianne Kate Uba and Carlimar M. Alforque Jr. for successfully completing the Training of Trainers Camp for Malungon Youth Peer Educators held last May 22–24, 2026 at Balay Silangan Reformatory Center, Poblacion, Malungon, Sarangani Province.
This 3-day camp—organized by the Local Government Unit of Malungon through the MO-Local Youth Development Office, in partnership with Orygen-Australia Alumni, Family Planning Organization of the Philippines – SOCCSKSARGEN, and DepEd Sarangani—served as Phase 2 of the reorganization of the municipal pool of youth peer educators.
We are immensely proud of our participants for their dedication, active engagement, and commitment to becoming empowered peer educators equipped to educate, lead, and inspire fellow young people in our schools and communities.
To the organizers and partners, thank you for this meaningful opportunity. We are beyond proud and grateful!✨🫶🏻

LOOK || Sangguniang Kabataan GEMS Pre-Assessment and Writeshop🇵🇭✨
The Sangguniang Kabataan ng Barangay Tamban actively participated in the GEMS Pre-Assessment and Writeshop held last May 21–22, 2026 at the East Asia Royale Hotel, General Santos City.
Represented by Rhona Faith M. Alforque, SK Chairperson, and Shairen Faith D. Lino, SK Secretary, our delegation immersed in intensive sessions focused on governance enhancement, records management, performance measurement, and strengthening SK systems in preparation for the annual evaluation. The workshop allowed us to reassess our council’s accomplishments, identify gaps, and realign our strategies toward more effective and transparent youth governance.
We extend our deepest gratitude to DILG Sarangani Province for hosting this valuable activity, as well as to the dedicated DILG MLGOOs and LYDOs for their guidance, technical expertise, and commitment to empowering SK councils across the province. Your insights and support continue to shape us into more capable and accountable youth leaders.
To all of the resource spakers, to the PMET, thank you so much for guiding us since day one.
As we move forward, we are more motivated and equipped to uphold excellence in service. Wish us luck as we once again strive to pass this year’s SK GEMS evaluation—with the hope of bringing pride to Barangay Tamban and proving our dedication to genuine youth development.

LOOK || ALS PERSONNEL: Official Visit to the SK Tamban Youth Hall
The Sangguniang Kabataan ng Barangay Tamban headed by Hon. Rhona Faith M. Alforque, LPT, formally welcomed Ma’am Mary Joy E. Dela Cruz, Municipal ALS Teacher Leader, together with Ma'am Angelique Martinez, at the SK Tamban Youth Hall: Bantawan sa Kabataan, Balay Pangandoy Center for matters pertaining to the implementation and coordination of the Alternative Learning System (ALS).
During the visit, productive discussions were held focusing on strengthening programs and possible initiatives for our Out-of-School Youth (OSY), particularly on expanding access to learning opportunities and support mechanisms that will help them continue their education and improve their future prospects.
We extend our appreciation for her time and commitment in collaborating with the SK Council in advancing educational initiatives for the youth of Barangay Tamban. The SK remains steadfast in its commitment to inclusive, accessible, and sustainable youth development programs within the community.

LOOK || 30th Regular Meeting of the 6th Sangguniang Kabataan ng Barangay Tamban Council🇵🇭✨
The Sangguniang Kabataan ng Barangay Tamban headed by Hon. Rhona Faith M. Alforque, LPT held it's 30th Regular Meeting with 10 out 10 attendees via google meet.
In accordance to R.A 10742 also known as "SK Reform Act of 2015", Section 9. Meetings of the Sangguniang Kabataan. – (a) The Sangguniang Kabataan shall meet regularly once a month on the date, time and place to be fixed by the said Sanggunian.
Matters that have been discussed are the following:
1. Kamustahan- Duties and Responsibilities as SK Officials
2. SK GEMS Seminar and Workshop
3. Youth Data Drive: SK Tamban Comprehensive Profiling
4. SK Tamban Youth Hall: Bantawan sa Kabataan, Balay Pangandoy Center Minimal Renovation
5. Update of Fidelity Bond
6. Future Plans: Sitio Kalbangan, Sitio Lamlinol and Purok Mahayag

LOOK || OFFICIAL SUBMISSION TO THE BARANGAY COUNCIL: SK TAMBAN TRANSMITS 2026 PLANS, BUDGET & REPORTS🇵🇭
The Sangguniang Kabataan ng Barangay Tamban, led by Hon. Rhona Faith M. Alforque, LPT, has formally submitted the SK Annual Budget for FY 2026, ABYIP 2026, CBYDP 2025–2027, and the ABYIP Monitoring, Evaluation & Accomplishment Report for FY 2026. These important documents were officially received by the Punong Barangay together with the Sangguniang Barangay of Tamban.
This submission marks another meaningful step toward transparent, accountable, and development-driven youth governance. It ensures that all plans, programs, and budget allocations for the youth of Tamban are properly documented, reviewed, and aligned with our long-term goals for a stronger and more empowered community.
These documents reaffirm our commitment to:

✅ Responsible and transparent financial planning
✅ Continuous program improvement
✅ A strengthened partnership between the SK and Barangay Council
