HIGHLIGHTS | The Regional Development Council-X Regional Project Monitoring Committee (RDC-X RPMC) conducted its Second Quarter 2026 Field Monitoring Visit for the Department of Agrarian Reform Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (DAR SPLIT) Project on May 18β19, 2026 at Paras Beach Resort, Yumbing, Mambajao, Camiguin.
Led by DARRO X Regional Director Zoraida O. Macadindang, Al-Hadj, J.D, together with Assistant Regional Directors Seny Fe B. Fabe and Abdullah M. Linog, PARPO II of Camiguin Mohammad Abdul Jabbar M. Pandapatan, and the RPMO Team headed by Regional Parcelization Coordinator Violeta Cajes, the activity highlighted the ongoing assessment and validation of the DAR SPLIT Project implementation in the province.

The Regional Development Council-X Regional Project Monitoring Committee (RDC-X RPMC) conducted its Second Quarter 2026 Field Monitoring Visit (FMV) for the Department of Agrarian Reform Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (DAR SPLIT) Project in the Province of Camiguin on May 18β19, 2026 at Paras Beach Resort, Yumbing, Mambajao, Camiguin.
The activity aimed to determine the level of project implementation, verify the accomplishment of project objectives, and assess the initial outputs and outcomes of the DAR SPLIT Project for Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) in the province. The monitoring also served as an avenue to identify challenges encountered in project implementation and strengthen coordination among partner agencies and stakeholders toward the efficient delivery of agrarian reform services.
The activity was led by Zoraida O. Macadindang, Regional Director of DAR Region X, with the support of Assistant Regional Director for Administration and Support Services Seny Fe B. Fabe and Assistant Regional Director for Operations and LTSP Abdullah M. Linog. The activity was attended by the Regional Project Management Office (RPMO) Team headed by Regional Parcelization Coordinator Violeta Cajes, in coordination with DAR Provincial Office of Camiguin headed by PARPO II Mohammad Abdul Jabbar M. Pandapatan, DPA.
The field monitoring visit underscores the continuing commitment of the Department of Agrarian Reform and its development partners in ensuring the successful implementation of the DAR SPLIT Project and other high-impact agrarian reform initiatives in the region. Through strengthened collaboration, regular monitoring, and responsive technical assistance, the activity reaffirmed the shared goal of providing Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries with secured land tenure, improved access to government support services, and greater opportunities for sustainable agricultural productivity and rural development.
Moreover, the conduct of the monitoring activity reflects the collective effort of national and regional agencies in promoting transparency, accountability, and effective project implementation, ensuring that government programs translate into meaningful and lasting benefits for farming communities across the Province of Camiguin.

The Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office of Camiguin headed by Mohammad Abdul Jabbar M. Pandapatan, through the Program Beneficiaries Development (PBD) Division under the leadership of OIC CARPO Sharon Mawile, successfully conducted the CY 2026 Agrarian Reform Community (ARC) Review and Planning Session for the province of Camiguin on May 14β15, 2026 at Paras Beach Resort, Yumbing, Mambajao, Camiguin.
The activity was made more meaningful through the invaluable assistance, technical guidance, and active participation of the Department of Agrarian Reform Region X Regional Program Beneficiaries Development Division (RPBDD) with the leadership of CARPO Mabel P. Loyola. Their support greatly contributed to the productive conduct of the activity and further strengthened the coordination between the regional and provincial offices in ensuring the effective implementation of agrarian reform support services and community development initiatives in Camiguin.
Throughout the two-day session, comprehensive discussions, assessment workshops, and planning activities were undertaken focusing on the status of Agrarian Reform Communities (ARCs), implementation of programs and projects, accomplishments for the previous year, prevailing issues and concerns, and corresponding strategies and interventions for CY 2026. Targets, priority activities, and mechanisms to improve service delivery to Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) and Agrarian Reform Beneficiary Organizations (ARBOs) were likewise thoroughly tackled.

The Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office of Camiguin headed by Mohammad Abdul Jabbar M. Pandapatan gathered women from different Agrarian Reform Beneficiary Organizations (ARBOs) across the province for the Gender-Responsive and Inclusive Governance Training held on May 12, 2026 at the Camiguin Convention Center, Pandan, Mambajao, Camiguin.
The activity strengthened awareness on gender equality, inclusive leadership, and the vital role of women in community development and agrarian reform. Through shared learning and active participation, women leaders continue to become catalysts of positive change in their families, organizations, and communities. π
