In an effort to streamline the supply of drugs and medicines and other healthcare necessities for the clients of the Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro, the Consignment Selection and Awards Committee (CSAC) conducted a pre-consignment conference with interested consignors last 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟭𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at the OMPH Conference Room, Occidental Mindoro Provincial Hospital, Brgy. Tayamaan, Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro.

Members of the Bids and Awards Committe (BAC) and its Secretariat provided technical assistance in the conduct of this consignment activity.

On 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, the PGOM Bids and Awards Committee conducted post qualification for twelve (12) infrastructure projects involving the construction of school buildings in various schools under the Department of Education (DepEd) Schools Division of Occidental Mindoro.

Through this efficient and transparent collaboration with the DepEd, the PGOM remains committed to delivering well-built and equiped spaces for our learners to grow and learn towards a brighter future.

#𝑷𝑺𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐲 2026-09: Following the publication of the Extension of the Deadline for the Decommissioning of the PhilGEPS 1.5 for the Third Batch of PEs, dated March 2, 2026, the Procurement Service-DBM (PS-DBM) issues this advisory to inform Procuring Entities (PEs)—who belong to the third batch for decommissioning with last day of posting procurement opportunities in PhilGEPS 1.5 on April 30, 2026—are now provided with an extension period until June 30, 2026. This means that only then will these agencies no longer be able to post new procurement opportunities in PhilGEPS 1.5.

This second extension is granted to ensure sufficient time for the completion of remaining service transition activities, resolution of identified incidents and underlying technical issues, and to provide continued support to agencies in achieving full and stable migration to the Modernized PhilGEPS (mPhilGEPS).

All concerned PEs are strongly advised to complete all necessary preparations and ensure readiness for the use of mPhilGEPS within the revised timeline. In particular, agencies are reminded to 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗜𝗥 𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗩𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗨𝗦𝗘𝗥 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦 until 22 May 2026 to avoid disruptions in procurement activities.

For clarity, agencies previously covered under the 31 October 2025 and 31 December 2025 decommissioning schedules, as well as those already utilizing the eBidding facility [See list here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1EIaVvzi0y-OdHRrf7dpJ6GqyQRglNtzw], are not covered by this extension, and are no longer permitted to post new procurement opportunities in PhilGEPS 1.5 in accordance with the prescribed timeline under the abovementioned Resolution.

The transition to the full use of the Modernized PhilGEPS is pursuant to GPPB Resolution No. 09-2025, entitled “Approving the Recommendation of the PS-DBM for the Decommissioning of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) 1.5 and the Use of the Modernized PhilGEPS Based on Prescribed Timelines.”

All concerned PEs are hereby enjoined to strictly comply and ensure a timely and orderly transition to the Modernized PhilGEPS.
