🏆 ANOTHER MILESTONE FOR OCCIDENTAL MINDORO 💚

The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro has been awarded a CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION by the Department of Health – MIMAROPA Center for Health Development (DOH-MIMAROPA CHD) in recognition of its commitment and dedication to ensuring the complete, accurate, reliable, and timely submission of liquidation reports for funds transferred to the province.

The recognition was conferred on October 15, 2026, during the 2nd Semester Consultative Meeting on the Status of Funds Transferred to Local Government Units, held at Ramada by Wyndham Manila, Binondo, Manila. The province was represented by Ms. Dhel Ann Casapao, Administrative Officer IV, and Mr. Crisostomo C. Paras, Jr., Provincial Accountant.

This recognition reflects the Provincial Government’s steadfast commitment to transparency, accountability, and good governance. This achievement would not have been possible without the dedication and hard work of the Provincial Accounting Office personnel, the Provincial Health Office (PHO), and all other concerned offices, under the leadership of Provincial Governor Eduardo B. Gadiano.

Our heartfelt gratitude to the Department of Health – MIMAROPA Center for Health Development for this recognition. May this achievement inspire us to continue upholding excellence, integrity, and accountability in public service.
