Recognition and Moving-Up Ceremony | March 25, 2026

The Satellite Unit of Jose Fabella Memorial School at the Department of Health Treatment and Rehabilitation Center (DOHTRC) proudly held its Recognition and Moving-Up Ceremony earlier today, celebrating the achievements and milestones of its learners.

The event was attended by the dedicated DOHTRC staff:
• Ma’am Ana Melissa U. Vicuna, MSOT, OTRP III (SHPO - LTS)
• Sir Virgilolio B. Carpio (House Parent I)
• Sir Jack Sebastian T. De Los Reyes, OTRP (HPO II)

Led by the Teacher-in-Charge, Ma’am Loren B. Tanilon, Satellite Units Coordinator, Mrs. Carina B. Sulse, and School Principal, Mr. Roberto P. Redobante, the ceremony highlighted the perseverance, growth, and success of the students.

The Jose Fabella Center successfully conducted its Recognition Day last March 17, 2026, celebrating the achievements, dedication, and excellence of its learners.

The event was lead by the Center Head of JFC, ma’am Glenda M. Derla and attended by the Satellite Units Coordinator, Mrs. Carina B. Sulse and SHS Focal Person, Mrs. Marilyn I. Tabuena, whose presence highlighted their continued support for the school community.

Isinagawa ang Seremonya ng Pagkilala ng Jose Fabella Memorial School - CRIBS Foundation, Inc. kahapon Marso 19, 2026, ganap na ika-2:00 ng sa CRIBS Multi-Purpose Hall, Antipolo City.

Ang programa ay inilaan para sa pagpapakilala sa mga Kindergarten completers, Grade 6 graduates, at Grade 10 completer para sa Taong Panuruan 2025–2026. Binigyang-parangal din ang mga mag-aaral na masigasig na nagpakita ng husay, sipag, at talino sa kanilang pag-aaral.

Nagbigay ng natatanging mensahe ang ating Assistant Schools Division Superintendent na si Dr. Aurelio G. Alfonso CESO VI, kung saan mainit niyang binati ang lahat ng mga bata at pinuri ang CRIBS Foundation, Inc. sa maayos at makabuluhang programa para sa mga mag-aaral. Ipinahayag din niya ang taos-pusong pasasalamat sa mga g**o na patuloy na nagsasakripisyo at nagbibigay ng dekalidad na edukasyon para sa mag -aaral.

Binigyang-diin naman ng panauhing pandangal na si Ma. Elijah Caspillo, JFMS–CRIBS alumna, ang kahalagahan ng edukasyon bilang susi sa tagumpay. Ibinahagi niya ang kanyang personal na karanasan—kung paano siya nagsimula bilang isang mag-aaral na minsan nawalan ng motibasyon sa pinagdaanan pagsubok hanggang sa matagumpay na makapagtapos, sa tulong ng patuloy na paggabay ng kanyang mga g**o at mga tagasuporta mula sa institusyon.

Kasama rin sa entablado ang School Principal II na si G. Roberto P. Redobante, Satellite Units Coordinator na si Gng. Carina B. Sulse, at ang CRIBS Executive Director na si Bb. Josefina Dimalaluan, kasama ang mga kawani ng CRIBS.

Dinaluhan din ang nasabing gawain ng mga volunteers, partner institutions, at mga supportive na magulang na patuloy na umaalalay sa paghubog ng kinabukasan ng mga bata.

Naging matagumpay ang pagdaraos ng programa dahil sa sama-samang pagtutulungan at suporta ng bawat isa.

Isang taos-pusong pagbati sa lahat ng nagsipagtapos, mga pinarangalan, at sa lahat ng naging bahagi ng matagumpay na programang ito!

Ang Taunang Pagtatapos, Seremonya ng Paglakdaw, at Pagkilala ng Jose Fabella Memorial School – National Training School for Boys na may temang “Pilipinong Nagsipagtapos: Handang Mamuno nang May Kakayahan at Mabuting Pagkatao” ay matagumpay na idinaos noong ika-19 ng Marso 2026 sa NTSB Quadrangle, Sampaloc, Tanay, Rizal.

Ang nasabing palatuntunan ay dinaluhan ng mga nagsipagtapos sa Senior High School, mga Grade 10 Completers, at nagtapos sa Ika-anim na Baitang para sa Taong Panuruan 2025–2026.

Ipinakilala at pinatunayan ng Punong G**o na si G. Roberto P. Redobante ang mga nagsipagtapos, at ito naman ay pinagtibay ng Pangalawang Tagapamanihala ng Sangay ng mga Paaralan na si Dr. Aurelio G. Alfonso, CESO V.

Nagbigay ng mahalagang mensahe ang Panauhing Pandangal na si G. Domingo Ramirez Jr., mula sa Batch 2008. Nagsilbi namang Keynote Speaker si Hon. Judge Edwin Valdez ng Family Court Branch 7, Marikina City.

Nagpahatid din ng kanilang mensahe ng pagbati sina Hon. Associate Justice Robert Victor C. Marcon, dating Presiding Judge ng Family Court Branch 3, Makati City; Hon. Judge Myla M. Villavicencio-Olan, Presiding Judge ng Family Court Branch 7, San Pablo City, Laguna; Hon. Judge Flordeliza Fargas, Presiding Judge ng RTC Branch 5, Trece Martires City, Cavite; Bb. Marizal Bangniwan, Center Head ng DSWD-Haven for the Elderly; at Atty. Phoebellyn Carreon, Chief Administrative Officer ng DSWD Region IV-A.

Nasa entablado rin sina Gng. Carina B. Sulse, Satellite Unit Coordinator; Bb. Ellen C. Belmonte, OIC Center Head ng DSWD-NTSB; Konsehal Roger Catolos; at G. Jaime Ruelo Jr., Administrative Assistant ng Barangay Sampaloc.

Ang programa ay naging ganap na matagumpay sa tulong ng mga panauhing naglaan ng kanilang oras upang magbigay ng inspirasyon sa mga nagsipagtapos at sa buong komunidad ng JFMS- NTSB.

Isang makabuluhang pagdiriwang ang ginanap sa Jose Fabella Memorial School - National Training School for Girls, Alabang, Muntinlupa City noong ika-18 ng Marso 2026 para sa Taunang Pagtatapos, Seremonya ng Paglakdaw at Pagkilala na may temang: “Pilipinong Nagsipagtapos: Handang Mamuno Nang may Kakayahan at Mabuting Pagkatao.”

Pinangunahan ito ni G. Roberto P. Redobante, Punong G**o II, kasama ang mga tagapagtaguyod ng mga programa ng paaralan at mga katuwang mula sa DSWD-Marillac Hills at Haven for Women.

Dinaluhan ito ng mga magulang ng 14 na nagsipagtapos sa Elementarya at Sekundarya at 11 mag-aaral na nagsipaglakdaw, na sumasalamin sa kanilang sipag, katatagan, at tagumpay sa kabila ng mga hamon.

Isang pagpupugay sa mga mag-aaral na handang humakbang tungo sa mas maliwanag na kinabukasan.

Today, the teaching and non-teaching personnel of Jose Fabella Memorial School (JFMS) participated in a Legal Literacy Coaching Caravan aimed at strengthening the understanding of important Department of Education policies and legal responsibilities.

The activity featured discussions on the Expanded Career Progression System (DepEd Order No. 24, s. 2025) by Mr. John Daryll S. Mercado, PSDS In-Charge of the School, teachers’ workload and wellness policies by sir Roberto P. Redobante, the School Principal, and a legal literacy session facilitated by Atty. Ma. Bernice Doreen Aberin.

The program concluded with an open forum and awarding of certificates, highlighting the importance of legal awareness in ensuring responsible and effective service among educators.

Today, the satellite units of Jose Fabella Memorial School (JFMS) gathered at the main campus for the School-Based Reading of Forms. Representatives from the different JFMS satellite units convened to review, verify, and validate school records, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of official documents. The activity was headed by Sir Raymond Mosende, Ma’am Boots Tamase, and Ma’am Amelia Ampac, together with the Satellite Units Coordinator, Mrs. Carina Sulse who guided the teachers in the thorough checking and confirmation of the submitted forms.
