It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our esteemed colleague, brother, father, and friend, Board Member and Kilusang Bagong Lipunan (KBL) President EFREN "RAMBO" RAFANAN SR., who departed from us on February 26, 2025.

Board Member Rafanan's death was due to cardiac arrest, and he will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. As the President of the KBL political party, he played a pivotal role in the successful campaign that led to the election of President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. as the new President of the Republic of the Philippines. Additionally, he served as the President of the BBM-CIA.

His wake is being held at Jardin de Caridad in Vigan City, Ilocos Sur.

Details regarding the funeral service will be communicated at a later time.
