As of 8:00 PM today, 10 April 2026, the Tropical Storm with the international name "SINLAKU" (formerly LPA 04a) has intensified into a Severe Tropical Storm and is being monitored within the monitoring domain (TCID) of PAGASA.

All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA.

32 Personnel Complete ICS Position Course Training in Mandaluyong City

32 personnel successfully completed the Incident Command System (ICS) Position Course, conducted by the Mandaluyong City DRRMD in coordination with Civil Defense NCR.

The ICS is a nationally mandated system that ensures a standardized, coordinated, and efficient response to emergencies and disasters across all levels of government.

This initiative is fully supported by Mayor Carmelita Abalos, Vice Mayor Anthony Suva, and the Sangguniang Panlungsod, in strengthening the operational readiness and professional capacity of Mandaluyong’s disaster response workforce.
