Upon arrival, Patient is on risk position inside of storage of fast food chain, We Assessed the patient to check her situation give proper immobilization for her left knee dislocation after management we get vital sign after completing and being treated to her wounds. We called the Mandaluyong City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office to have our advanced call before transporting the patient to Philippine Orthopedic Center
