[ELECCIONES GENERALES 2026]

CHARLA INFORMATIVA CON EL JURADO ELECTORAL ESPECIAL LIMA CENTRO 2

En el marco las próximas Elecciones Generales 2026, el Jurado Electoral Especial Lima Centro 2, órgano de carácter temporal creado para supervisar y controlar las actividades de gestión fiscalizadora y administrativa dentro de su respectiva circunscripción, dará inicio a un ciclo de charlas informativas dirigidas a las Oficinas Consulares, así como a la comunidad peruana en el exterior, asociaciones y/o líderes comunitarios, con la finalidad de exponer el marco general del referido proceso electoral.

Los temas a desarrollar estarán relacionados con democracia, Elecciones Generales, población peruana en el exterior, autoridades a elegir, participación de miembros de mesa, personeros y su conformación, así como el uso de la plataforma “Voto Informado” del Jurado Nacional de Elecciones.

La finalidad de estas charlas es concientizar a la población peruana residente en el exterior sobre la importancia de su participación en las Elecciones Generales. Se invita a la comunidad peruana en Filipinas a participar activamente en esta actividad informativa.

As a Member of the National Jury of Elections of Peru, Mr. Ramírez Chavarry is in the Philippines for the Association of World Election Bodies (A-WEB) Executive Board Meeting. Honorary Consul Bryan Ang extended a warm welcome on behalf of the Honorary Consulate General of Peru.

We were honored to be invited as guests of honor to the Department of Modern Languages' Spanish singing contest at the University of Santo Tomas, celebrating the Faculty of Arts and Letters' 60th anniversary.

The Philippines’ strong ties with Peru were recently emphasized by the Ambassador to the Philippines during the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the countries.

The Ambassador highlighted the Philippines' important role in the upcoming APEC summit in Peru.
