Alpha Company ay nagsasagawa ng regular na mustering bilang bahagi ng pagpapanatili ng kahandaan, disiplina, at organisasyon ng mga reservist ng hukbong sandatahan. Layunin ng aktibidad na ito na tiyakin na ang bawat miyembro ay handa sa anumang pagtawag ng tungkulin, lalo na sa panahon ng sakuna, emerhensiya, o pambansang pangangailangan.
Ang regular na mustering ay kinabibilangan ng sumusunod:
Roll Call at Accounting of Personnel – Pagtitiyak na lahat ng miyembro ay naroroon at aktibo sa serbisyo bilang reservist.
Inspection – Pagsusuri ng uniporme, kagamitan, at pangkalahatang kaayusan ng bawat kawal.
Refresher Training – Pagpapalakas ng kaalaman sa military drills, disiplina, at basic tactical procedures.
Orientation at Updates – Pagbibigay ng mga bagong direktiba, polisiya, at mahahalagang impormasyon mula sa nakatataas na himpilan.
Sa pamamagitan ng regular na mustering, pinatitibay ng Alpha Company ang diwa ng pagkakaisa, responsibilidad, at dedikasyon sa paglilingkod sa bayan. Ito ay mahalagang bahagi ng pagiging handa sa anumang hamon na maaaring kaharapin ng bansa.

In alignment with the vision of "Army 2040: World Class, Multi-Mission Ready, Cross-Domain Capable," the 1305th Community Defense Center (CDC) successfully concluded its Company Sustainment Training with a formal Closing Ceremony held on February 22, 2026. This milestone is more than just a ceremonial end; it is a testament to the unwavering dedication of our reservists to maintain peak operational readiness and professional excellence.
The program commenced with a display of solemnity and respect through the National Anthem and a heartfelt Invocation led by Cpl Rosalia Y Torre PA (Res), S1 NCO of the 1305th RRIBn. Following this, MAJ FERDINAND R MAGNO PA (Res), Executive Officer, delivered the Welcome Remarks, emphasizing the vital role of unity and constant preparedness within the ranks of the 1305th RRIBn.
A pivotal moment of the ceremony was the presentation of the participants by MAJ MARVIN RIMANDO PA (Res), Operations Officer. This segment showcased the fruits of the rigorous discipline and sacrifices made by the soldiers throughout the duration of the sustainment training. The event reached its highlight with the official Declaration of Graduates and the Distribution of Certificates, presided over by MAJ RUSTAN B OFALSA (ARM) PA, Director of the 1305th CDC.
Serving as the Keynote Speaker, MAJ OFALSA left the graduates with a profound challenge: to ensure that the knowledge and skills gained during the training serve as the bedrock of their service to the nation. His message resonated deeply, reigniting the flame of nationalism and professional pride in the hearts of every attendee.
As the ceremony drew to a close, the collective singing of the "Awit Kawal" served as a symbolic renewal of their oath to the country—a commitment rooted in the core values of Honor, Patriotism, and Duty. The subsequent photo opportunities captured more than just smiles; they captured a company that is now stronger, more skilled, and ever-ready to respond to the call of duty.
The success of this training, seamlessly moderated by MSg Olivia P Antonio PA (Res) as the Master of Ceremony, sends a clear message: The 1305th CDC remains a steadfast partner of the Filipino people in building a secure and resilient future.

10th Company Sustainment Training (CST) – Alpha Company
The Alpha Company successfully conducted its 10th Company Sustainment Training (CST) as part of its continuing effort to enhance the capability, readiness, and professionalism of its reservists.
The program started with the National Anthem, followed by the Invocation led by Sgt Rosalia Y Torre PA (Res), S1 NCO, 1305th RRIBn. The Welcome Remarks were delivered by MAJ RUSTAN B OFALSA (ARM) PA, Director, 1305th CDC.
An inspiring Message from the Chairperson of the Evaluation Team/ Executive Officer of NCRRCDG was delivered by LTC DARWIN A BORJA (MI) PA, and he also introduced the members of the RRU Training and presented the parameters for the evaluation.
The Evaluation Proper included the following subjects:
• Signal Communication – Sgt Abbryx E Villafuerte (SC) PA
• Weapons – MSg Antonio M Hernandez (OS) PA
• Map Reading – Cpl Garry D Gallardo (Inf) PA
• Basic Life Support / First Aid – SARU Personnel
The activity concluded with the Reading of the Results of Evaluation by LTC DARWIN A BORJA (MI) PA.
This training highlights Alpha Company’s commitment to maintaining a highly capable and mission-ready reserve force.

9th Company Sustainment Training
Firing Range, Camp Aguinaldo
Isinagawa ang 9th Company Sustainment Training sa Firing Range ng Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City na pinangunahan ni Sgt Abbryx E Villafuerte (SC) PA kasama si Cpl Paul T Lutao (Inf) PA upang simulan at higit pang paigtingin ang pagsasanay sa Marksmanship ng bawat kawal.
Layunin ng aktibidad na ito ang:
• Mapahusay ang kaalaman at kasanayan sa tamang paghawak at paggamit ng armas.
• Maipaalala ang apat na batayang prinsipyo ng marksmanship – proper position, sight alignment, breathing control, at trigger squeeze.
• Mapatatag ang disiplina, kumpiyansa, at kahandaan sa anumang misyon.
• Masigurado ang kaligtasan sa pamamagitan ng pagsunod sa mga safety protocols sa loob ng firing range.
Ang patuloy na pagsasanay ay patunay ng dedikasyon sa pagpapanatili ng mataas na antas ng kahandaan at propesyonalismo bilang mga reservists.

The 9th Company Sustainment Training (CST) conducted its with discipline and professionalism. Prior to the start of the activity, Sgt Abbryx E Villafuerte (SC) PA delivered important reminders on gun safety, emphasizing the proper handling of fi****ms, adherence to safety protocols, and the importance of maintaining focus at all times.
Safety remains our top priority as we continue to enhance our skills and readiness. Through continuous training and strict observance of safety measures, we strengthen not only our competence but also our commitment to responsible service.

Isinagawa ang mahalagang paalala ukol sa 4 Cardinal Rules of Firearm Safety sa pangunguna ni MAJ RUSTAN B OFALSA (ARM) PA, 1305th CDC Director, sa Camp Aguinaldo Firing Range.
Binigyang-diin ang kahalagahan ng disiplina, responsibilidad, at tamang paghawak ng armas upang matiyak ang kaligtasan ng bawat isa sa loob at labas ng firing range.
🔹 Treat every firearm as if it is loaded.
🔹 Never point the firearm at anything you are not willing to destroy.
🔹 Keep your finger off the trigger until ready to fire.
🔹 Be sure of your target and what is beyond it.
Ang mga paalalang ito ay paalala na ang pagiging isang responsableng kawal ay hindi lamang nasusukat sa husay sa pagbaril kundi sa mahigpit na pagsunod sa mga alituntunin ng kaligtasan.
Patuloy ang 1305th CDC sa pagsusulong ng mataas na antas ng kahandaan at propesyonalismo.
