𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑𝒔 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒘𝒆𝒍𝒇𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒆𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌𝒆𝒓𝒔

The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), and the Local Government of Parañaque formalized their commitment through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing.

This collaboration marks a unified effort to enhance programs, services, and opportunities for Overseas Filipino Workers and their families, ensuring accessible support at the local level.

Nauunawaan namin ang pangamba dulot ng tensyon sa Middle East. Gayunpaman, mahalagang mag-ingat at mag-verify muna bago mag-click o mag-share sa social media.

Sa ating mga kababayang OFW sa rehiyon, maging mapanuri at kumuha lamang ng impormasyon mula sa opisyal at kumpirmadong sources.

Lagi nating tandaan na ang paglabag sa batas ng host country, kabilang ang pagpapakalat ng maling impormasyon, ay may kaakibat na parusa kahit walang masamang intensyon.

𝗣𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗖 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬

In compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 116, and to provide government employees full opportunity to observe Maundy Thursday and Good Friday, the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) Central Office in Mandaluyong City will be closed from April 2 to 3, 2026.

​However, the DMW One Repatriation Command Center (ORCC) will remain operational to provide immediate assistance to OFWs. Further, the DMW can be reached 24/7 through the following:

The DMW Migrant Workers Airport Assistance Centers (MWAAC) in all airport terminals will also remain open to serve departing OFWs throughout the Holy Week.

Further, ​DMW and Overseas Workers Welfare (OWWA) teams will be on standby at airport terminals to assist returning OFWs from the Middle East.

Ngayong Semana Santa, napapanahon na pagnilayan ang mga mensahe ng pagmamahal at malasakit sa kapwa, sa gitna ng mga hamon na dala ng kaguluhan at panganib at panganib na kinakaharap ng mga OFWs.

Ngayong panahon ng pagninilay, kinikilala at pinapahalagahan ng Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) at buong pamahalaan sa pamumuno ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ang inyong sakripisyo at pangangailangan bilang aming inspirasyon sa pagbibigay sa inyo ng pag-asa at bagong simula, tulad ng ipinangako ni Hesus sa kanyang Muling Pagkabuhay.

Nawa’y magdulot ang Semana Santa ng lakas, kapayapaan, at pag-asa sa inyong lahat.
