The BFP EMS Mandaluyong City, 451 Ambu Personnel, led by SFO1 Nino King Amos A Batulan, Shift B Team Leader, headed by SFO2 Jethro Kloss B Ferranco, Acting Chief, EMS, under the Supervision of our City Fire Marshal, ๐ญ๐บ๐ผ๐ท๐ป ๐ฑ๐ณ ๐จ๐จ๐น๐ถ๐ต ๐ท ๐ช๐จ๐น๐ถ, responded at Brgy Barangka Drive, Katarungan St Mandaluyong City for medical assistance.
The incident involved a 76-year-old male who suffered of difficulty of breathing due to fumigation of insectiside spray.
Upon arrival, EMS personnel promptly conducted an initial assessment, monitored the patientโs vital signs. The patient was then safely transported to VRP Medical Center for further monitoring and evaluation.

The Mandaluyong City Fire Station, under the leadership of ๐

Day 2 emphasized the systematic ๐๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐จ๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฉ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌโ ๐ฌ๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ, reinforcing their operational readiness in both rope rescue and emergency care. Two groups composed of station personnel, were assessed on their ability to recognize hazards, correctly don and utilize personal protective equipment, and effectively integrate specialized rescue tools including ropes, carabiners, ascenders, descenders, and the Rescue Litter.
Instructors facilitated hands-on evaluations, observing participants as they executed return demonstrations of the techniques learned. This assessment highlighted their ability to apply knowledge in simulated rescue scenarios, reinforcing competence and preparedness for real-world emergencies.

The Mandaluyong City Fire Station, under the leadership of City Fire Marshal ๐

The BFP Mandaluyong City, under the leadership of City Fire Marshal ๐ญ๐บ๐ผ๐ท๐ป ๐ฑ๐ณ ๐จ๐จ๐น๐ถ๐ต ๐ท ๐ช๐จ๐น๐ถ, conducted the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony and Ranks Inspection at the Mandaluyong Central Fire Station.
During the activity, FO3 Roeymille B Robles served as the Troop Information and Education (TIE) speaker.
A personnel headcount and comprehensive ranks inspection were likewise conducted to ensure strict compliance with prescribed uniform standards, proper grooming, discipline, and the professional conduct expected of every BFP personnel. The inspection was spearheaded by the Administrative Section in coordination with key officers of BFP Mandaluyong City and PPSA Cadets.
In addition, FAST motorcycles, fire trucks, and ambulances underwent inspection to ensure operational readiness and serviceability in responding to emergencies and public safety concerns.
