The City of Mandaue, in partnership with IBP Cebu City, Cebu Lady Lawyers Association Inc. (CELLA) and students from the University of San Carlos School of Law and Governance, provided free legal assistance to families affected by the recent fire in Brgy. Paknaan, Mandaue City. The legal aid mission was conducted earlier today, March 26, at the 6.5 Gym in previously mentioned barangay, where residents received much-needed legal support.
During the aforestated activity, residents received free legal assistance, including:
โ Drafting and notarization of affidavits for claims and reporting lost documents;
โ Legal consultation on property concerns; and
โ Assistance with other legal issues.
This initiative is aimed at helping affected families resolve urgent legal matters, ensuring they receive the support they need to rebuild and recover.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our partners, volunteers, and everyone involved in this effort.

The City Legal Office joins with great pride in commemorating the 55th Charter Anniversary of Mandaue City.
As we honor our city's rich history and achievements, we reaffirm our commitment to justice, good governance, and the rule of law.
Together, let's continue to towards a future of integrity, progress, and shared success.
Starting our work week early, the City Legal Office, in collaboration with the 14th Civil-Military Operations (Katipanan) Battalion and other government agencies, held another Barangayan Program / Caravan of Services at the Cebu International Convention Center (CICC) Compound earlier today.
This is part of the City's ongoing effort to bring essential services and support to our community, building on the success of our previous Barangayan events.

As part of the cityโs caravan of services for persons with disabilities in celebration of the National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation Week, the Mandaue City Legal Office offers free Legal Advice and Notarization of affidavits to our PWD brothers and sisters.
The activity is held at the Mandaue City Cultural and Sports Complex and will be from 9am to 5pm today.
