In response to the recent 6.9 earthquake hitting Cebu, the Mandaue City Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services (SAMHSO) is open to all Mandauehanons who are experiencing distress from the event. Mandauehanons may directly go to our office located at Plaridel St. & Corner Ouano Ave., Barangay Centro, Mandaue City (beside the City Engineering office and Tieza), or you may also send us a direct message here on our official page.
