However, services directly provided to patients shall remain operational.

The DOH Treatment Rehabilitation Center - Cebu City conducted its Residential/Inpatient Treatment Services Program Review and Policy Improvement on April 28, 2026.

Residential/Inpatient Treatment Services Program Review and Policy Improvement of the Residential/Inpatient Treatment Division (RITD), aimed at strengthening systems, enhancing service delivery, and ensuring responsive, quality care for our clients.

Joined by the dedicated professionals of RITD and the supportive Execom Officers led by Dr. Jasmin T. Peralta, Chief of Hospital III together with Mr. Lawrence Nicole C. Gomera, OIC-Chief Administrative Officer, Ma’am Josefel S. Ambay, Chief Health Program Officer, and Dr. Mary Grace S. Benedian, Outpatient and Aftercare Division Head.

Together as one team, we continue to strengthen and improve the services we provide.

The Department of Health – Treatment and Rehabilitation Center (DOH-TRC) Cebu City, headed by Dr. Jasmin T. Peralta, Chief of Hospital III, successfully conducted a relief operation for the fire victims of Paknaan, Mandaue City, Cebu. United in service, the team brought comfort and hope to 50 families, benefiting over 200 individuals.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the Barangay Officials of Brgy. Paknaan led by Hon. Brgy. Captain Marisa Fe Tecling Ulgasan for their invaluable support and warm accommodation.
This meaningful endeavor was made possible through the generosity and unwavering support of our partner organizations. We express our heartfelt gratitude to Ako ang Saklay, Inc., Hann Foundation, and Kiwanis International for their compassion and commitment to helping those in need.

Through their kindness, we were able to provide not only essential assistance but also renewed hope and encouragement to families as they begin to rebuild their lives.
