Please be informed that the Integrated Business Permit & Licensing System (iBPLS) is scheduled to conduct a system update / upgrade from May 19-24, 2025.

During this period, the iBPLS is inaccessible. As such, there will be no business permit processing during the whole duration of the system upgrade. Clients are hereby advised to settle your accounts before these dates.
