SYNOPSIS: Easterlies affecting Luzon and Visayas.
Forecast Weather Conditions:
Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, and Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Easterlies. (Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms)
Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Localized Thunderstorms. (Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms)
Northern Luzon will have Light to Moderate winds from the East to Southeast with slight to moderate seas (0.6 to 1.2 meters )
Visayas and the rest of Luzon will have Light to Moderate winds from the East with slight to moderate seas (0.6 to 1.2 m)
Mindanao will have Light to Moderate winds from Northeast to North with slight to moderate seas (0.6 to 1.2 m)

SYNOPSIS:At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 120 km Southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (7.7°N, 127.2°E). Easterlies affecting Luzon and Visayas.
FORECAST:
Central Visayas, Eastern Visayas, Negros Island Region, will have Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to LPA.
The rest of Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands and Occidental Mindoro will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Easterlies.
The whole Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro will experience light to moderate winds from the East to Northeast with slight to moderate seas.
PAGTATAYA:
Ang Central Visayas, Eastern Visayas at Negros Island Region ay makakaranas ng maulap na kalangitan na may kalat-kalat na pag-ulan at pagkidlat-pagkulog dahil sa LPA.
Ang natitirang bahagi ng Visayas, Palawan kasama ang Kalayaan Islands at Occidental Mindoro ay makakaranas ng bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap na kalangitan na may pulo pulong mga pag-ulan o pagkidlat-pagkulog dahil sa Easterlies.
Ang buong Visayas, Palawan kasama ang Kalayaan Islands, at Occidental Mindoro ay makakaranas ng mahina hanggang katamtamang hangin mula Silangan hanggang Hilagang-Silangan na may banayad hanggang katamtamang pag-alon ng dagat.

Moderate to Heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over (Inabanga, Clarin, Tubigon, Calape), (MandaueCity, Badian and Dalaguete) within the next 30 minutes to an hour.
The above conditions are being experienced in (Getafe, Buenavista), (DanaoCity, Compostela, Liloan, Carmen, Consolacion, CebuCity, Sibonga, Barili, Dumanjug, Ronda, Argao, Alcantara, Moalboal) and (CityOfGuihulngan) which may persist within 1 to 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.
All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides. Keep monitoring for updates.
