The National Youth Commission, through its Policy Research Division, is developing the Policy, Research, and Legislative Agenda (PRLA) for 2026-2028 and is inviting the Filipino youth to complete the Inventory Questionnaire on Youth Issues and Problems to identify emerging and critical issues affecting the youth today. 🔎

Your guidance will help us craft recommended policy initiatives to address these issues, aligned with the 2023-2028 Philippine Youth Development Plan (PYDP)'s Ten Centers of Youth Participation. 🌟

The FGD aims to further deepen the study on identifying the most pressing issues and concerns affecting young people, organized according to the Centers of Youth Participation under the 2023 2028 Philippine Youth Development Plan (PYDP). This will help recommend policy initiatives to address identified emerging and pressing youth issues.

The NYC is highly encouraging the participation of SK, LYDO, LYDC and YORP registered organizations to amplify their voices in identifying today’s challenges, contributing to impactful policies that will shape a more responsive and inclusive future for the youth.

In reference to SK Advisory No. 2026-P003 dated February 04, 2026, and in consideration of requests from various Local Government Units (LGUs) for additional time to complete their submissions, the National Youth Commission hereby informs all concerned that the period for the encoding of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) reports for Fiscal Year 2025 is extended until April 10, 2026.
