Nanumpa ang mga bag-ong opisyales ug mga komite sa Mandaue City Cooperative Development Council (CCDC) ug City Employees Credit Cooperative (CECC) atol sa oath-taking ceremony nga gihimo sa Mandaue City Hall karong adlawa, Hunyo 9.

Si Mayor Thadeo “Jonkie” Ouano mao ang Chairperson sa CCDC samtang si Konsehal Ben Basiga nanumpa isip Vice Chairperson. Giila usab nga mga opisyales sa konseho sila Edgardo Premne isip Secretary, Augie Marie Inoc isip Treasurer, ug Floralita Estapia isip Auditor, uban sa mga miyembro sa nagkalain-laing komite.

Sa CECC, nanumpa isip Chairperson si Damaso Tumulak. Ang mga Vice Chairpersons mao sila Mosuline Suliva, Frelyn Mabanag, Genee Lou Nuñez, Michelle Yu, Glenn Mayol, ug Salve Marie Concepcion Vega. Si Christine Marie Escaño-Bulanon ang Secretary samtang si Stephanie Armenteros ang Treasurer.

Gipaila usab ang mga miyembro sa Election Committee nga sila Engr. Crystal Comon, Atty. Ma. Trixia Carbonilla, ug Atty. Charmaine Regine Otadoy. Ang Audit Committee gilangkuban nila Rose Marie Cabico, Jedd Fedillaga, ug Joan Bullanday.

Atol sa kalihokan, gipadayag ni Mayor Jonkie ang iyang hugot nga suporta sa mga programa, trainings, ug mga proyekto sa mga kooperatiba nga nagtumong sa pagpalambo sa panginabuhian sa ilang mga miyembro ug sa mga komunidad sa barangay. Naglaum usab si Mayor Jonkie sa mas lig-on nga pakigtambayayong uban sa CCDC ug CECC alang sa kaayohan sa mga trabahante sa City Hall ug sa tanang Mandauehanon.

The cooperative sector paid a courtesy call on Hon. Nelson J. Mondigo, 4th District Board Member and Chairperson of the Committee on Cooperatives, at the Cebu Provincial Capitol.

The activity was spearheaded by Ms. Gracia Nenita Banogon, Senior Cooperative Development Specialist (CDS) II of the CDA Region VII Extension Office, together with Dr. Emedio “Emy” Bustillo, Chairperson of the Provincial Cooperative Development Council and Executive Assistant for Cooperarive Affairs of the Mandaue City Cooperative Development Office (MCCDO), Ms. Gina Repunte, CDS of the CDA, Mr. Jessie Rey Sitones, CDS II of the CDA, Ms. Eloisa Cabaluna of the Carcar City Cooperative Development Office, Atty. Ma. Trixia Y. Carbonilla, Legal Officer of the MCCDO, Ms. Julie Ann B. Bongo, Cooperative Development Specialist II of the MCCDO, and other key cooperative stakeholders from across the province, all united in their commitment to advancing the cooperative movement in Cebu ❤️💙

The meeting served as an avenue to discuss key initiatives, programs, and collaborative efforts aimed at further strengthening and advancing the cooperative movement in Cebu Province. Through partnerships and shared commitment, stakeholders continue to work towards empowering cooperatives as drivers of inclusive growth and community development 🌱🤝

Nagpahigayon ug coordination meeting ug project site tour ang mga representante sa Mandaue City Public Market Vendors Multi-Purpose Cooperative, MAVENCO, pinangulohan ni Mr. Joabet Lugo, uban sa mga representante sa Department of General Services (DGS), nga sila Lennie Rey ug Architect Aileen Paragsa.

Miadto usab sa maong kalihokan sila Dr. Emedio “Emy” Bustillo, Mandaue City Cooperative Officer, Atty. Ma. Trixia Y. Carbonilla, Legal Officer, ug Ms. Julie Ann B. Bongo, Cooperative Development Specialist II, aron suportahan ug masiguro ang maayong koordinasyon sa proyekto 🙌

Ang maong panagtigom may kalabutan sa proyekto sa MAVENCO sa pagtukod og Green House alang sa pagtanom sa lain-laing utanon didto sa Mandaue Green Learning Park (MGLP) sa Umapad, Mandaue City 🌱🌿

Kabahin sa proyekto, gamiton sa MAVENCO ang 50% sa ilang Community Development Fund (CDF) alang sa pagtukod niini, samtang ang DGS mohatag usab og counterpart fund isip suporta sa maong inisyatibo.

Kini nga proyekto nagpakita sa spirit of cooperation, sustainability, ug concern for community, nga nagtinguha sa mas lig-on nga kaugmaon alang sa Dakbayan sa Mandaue.
