December 6, 2025 - Puspin (Cat)
December 13 , 2025 - Aspin (Dog)

Registration fee is 500 per pet (deductible from the surgery free)

INCLUSIONS:
✔️ CBC
✔️anesthesia
✔️Surgery fee
✔️Professional fee
✔️1 shot injectable antibiotic
✔️1 shot injectable pain reliever

Requirements and recommendations:
1. Pets must be healthy with no signs of vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, or sneezing.
2. Pets must be at least 6 months of age and above.
3. All pets are required to undergo CBC and pets more than 4 years are required to have an additional serum blood chemistry laboratory. (CBC SHOULD BE DONE 3-5 DAYS PRIOR THE SCHEDULED SURGERY)
4. Female pets should not be in heat or pregnant.
5. Pets should be fasted at least 6-8 hours before the surgery. (NO FOOD AND NO WATER)
6. Pets must be placed in a carrier/secured crate.

To our valued pet owners and partners,

Please be informed that the Free Pet Vaccination Program at the DA Region 7 Regulatory Office is temporarily suspended. This is due to our vaccine stocks being compromised after getting submerged during the recent floods caused by Typhoon Tino.

The safety and effectiveness of the vaccines are our top priority, and we cannot proceed with vaccination services until new and safe stocks are available.

We are currently coordinating for the immediate replenishment of vaccine supplies, and we will post an update as soon as the program is ready to resume.

Ang mga kalamidad nga ni-agi nakaapekto sa tanan, lakip na ang atong mga hinigugma nga hayop. Samtang kita nagapaningkamot nga mag-recover ug mag-rebuild, importante usab karon nga siguruhon ang kahimsog ug kaluwasan sa atong mga alaga ug komunidad.

Gusto ipahimangno sa Region 7 Rabies Program ang kahinungdanon sa pagbakuna batok sa rabies para sa inyong mga iring ug iro. Ang Rabies usa ka makamatay nga sakit, apan kini 100% mapugngan pinaagi sa regular nga pagbakuna.

Magkahiusa ta aron mapadayon ang Rabies-Free Region 7! Ani-a ang mga lakang nga pwede nimo buhaton:

✅ Magpabakuna sa inyong mga pets kada schedule.
✅ Ireport dayon ang mga suspek nga kaso sa rabies sa inyong lokal nga animal control o health office.
✅ Magpakita og responsableng pagka-tag-iya sa inyong mga hayop.

Maghuwat sa mga updates sa among page para sa schedule sa mga vaccination drives ug libre nga clinics sa inyong lugar. Ang kahimsog sa inyong pet mao ang among prioridad!

Sa mga pagbag-o sa atong palibot, posible nga magdagsang ang mga risgo sa mga sakit sama sa Rabies, nga mahimong ipasa sa mga hayop nga apektado sa stress o kalisang tungod sa pagbalhin o pagbaha.

Ireport ang mga stray o wala mabakunahan nga hayop sa inyong lokal nga mga awtoridad.

To all pet owners are urged to keep their animals safe during disaster by giving them space to escape. Keep indoors, stay safe. Have emergency supplies ready. Keep them safe, keep them free.

The Cebu Provincial Board is urging pet owners not to tie or cage their animals during disasters, citing recent quakes, fires, and typhoons where many pets died unable to escape.

The resolution by Board Member Dason Lorenz Lagon reminds everyone that animal safety is part of disaster preparedness and responsible pet ownership. More details in the comment section.
