LANDBANK is implementing zero fees on eligible online government payments from 01 June to 31 December 2026, making public transactions simpler, more affordable, and more accessible.

This initiative brings essential services closer to the people, supporting faster and more convenient payment of police clearances, real property taxes, business permits, apostille certificates, and other government transactions—at no additional cost.

This complements LANDBANK’s broader efforts to reduce transaction costs, including the recent reduction of InstaPay transfer fees from ₱15 to ₱8, effective 21 May 2026.

📌Tax Amnesty under Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA)

Period of Coverage:
- Eligible Delinquencies: The amnesty applies to all unpaid taxes and levies incurred prior to the effectivity of the Act (July 5, 2024).

- Availment Window: Taxpayers have a two-year period from the law's effectivity to avail of the amnesty. This window is currently open and ends on July 5, 2026.

📣NOTICE OF REAL PROPERTY TAX AMNESTY

Pursuant to Sec. 30 of R.A. 12001
(Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act)

✔ NO PENALTIES
✔ NO INTEREST
✔ NO SURCHARGES

Options and Validity: One-time or installment payment until July 05, 2026.

BENEFITS:

✅ No penalties, interest or surcharges

✅ Available in installments

✅ No delinquency

✅Eligible to avail the 10% RPT Discount (in case of advance payment)

✅ Avoids the risk of legal action from Government, government forfeiture or auction of properties

EXCLUSIONS:

🎯Properties already sold at public auction.

🎯Properties with cases under litigation in court.

🎯Properties currently covered by a compromise agreement.

HOW TO AVAIL:

🏢Go to the City Assessment Office, located at the Office of the City Assessor.

🏢Get a copy of your Tax Declaration (no need If you have your previous tax receipt or tax declaration)

🏢Present your Tax Declaration or previous tax receipt at the City Treasurer’s Office

🏢Get your updated Statement of Account

🏢Pay your Tax due (in full or Installments)

This progran covers all penalties, surcharges, and interests from unpaid taxes, including Special Education Fund, idle land tax, and other Special Levy Taxes incurred prior to July 5, 2024. The amnesty lasts until July 5, 2026, offering one-time or installment payment options for delinquencies.
