Bukas na ang tanggapan simula May 17, 2021. Hinihikayat namin ang lahat na magpa-schedule muna ng pagpunta sa Korte. Ito ay para mahanda rin muna namin ang mga kailangan niyong papeles. Sundin ang sumusunod na instruction:

1. Iwan ang mga sumusunod na detalye sa aming page (inbox):
- Pangalan ng Akusado o Case Number
- Dokumento o Impormasyon na hinihingi
- Pangalan at contact ng nagrequest

2. Mangyari na hintayin niyo magreply ang aming staff para bigyan kayo ng PETSA kung kailan niyo pwede makuha ang dokumento o impormasyon na inyong kailangan.

3. Kung di naman kelangan pumunta sa amin tanggapan, mangyari tumawag (5310-0942 o 8658-5854) o mag-iwan ng message dito sa page.

Sundin po natin ang health protocols kahit GCQ na tayo. Huwag po muna tayo sabay-sabay na magpunta sa aming tanggapan. Salamat!

The Supreme Court has extended the physical closure of all courts and court offices in the National Capital Judicial Region and nearby provinces from April 5 to 11, 2021. All court hearings, unless urgent, are temporarily suspended.

In connection with the announcement of the Supreme Court - Public Information Office (SC-PIO) dated March 25, 2021, the scheduled hearing tomorrow (March 26, 2021) is hereby CANCELLED.

Pursuant to OCA Circular No. 44-2021 dated March 23, 2021:

'"All courts and offices in the National Capital Judicial Region (NCJR) and in the provinces of Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Rizal, shall maintain only a skeleton force (which may be less than thirty percent (30%) of the work staff) sufficient to attend to all urgent matters, from 24 March until 16 April 2021."

Pursuant to Admin Circular No. 45-2020 dated August 18, 2020, all courts in areas under GCQ shall be PHYSICALLY OPENED TO COURT USERS. However, they may still be reached through their respective hotline numbers, email addresses, and/or Facebook accounts as posted on the website of the Supreme Court. All inquiries on cases or transactions, including requests for documents and services, may be coursed and acted upon through the said numbers, addresses and accounts of the concerned court. All hearings in both civil and criminal cases shall be fully in-court, except when a person deprived of liberty is involved or under exceptional circumstances with prior approval from the Office of the Court Administrator.
