: DOLE-NCR launches electronic filing services

DOLE-NCR's e-Filing Services is a free online process that allows a client to register or fill-out forms for free; submit applications or monitoring reports; request permits or certifications; or submit other DOLE-related documents.

It can be accessed through DOLE-NCR's official website (homepage) at ncr.dole.gov.ph or at https://tinyurl.com/dolencr-efiling.

Clients in NCR may select from the following e-Filing Services provided, such as:

✅ Request for Assistance
✅ Request for Certificate of Involuntary Separation for SSS
✅ Registration of Establishment under Rule 1020
✅ Registration of Job, Service Contractor, Subcontractor (D.O. 174-17)
✅ Construction Safety and Health Program Application (Simplified)
✅ Construction Safety and Health Program Application (Comprehensive)
✅ Request for Technical Safety Inspection
✅ Annual Medical Report
✅ Report of Safety Organization
✅ Application for DOLE Clearance (Certificate of No Pending Case)
✅ Application for DOLE Clearance (Certificate of No Pending Case on Child Labor).

Once a preferred service is selected, clients will be directed to an online form that will require a Google (g-mail) 📧 account to access.

Although the e-Filing Services are accessible through an internet connection at any time, DOLE-NCR shall only attend to any electronic filing submissions during office hours, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Attention AEP clients in NCR:

PLEASE NOTE: This Advisory was issued following the result of DOLE-NCR's online survey dated 15 May 2020 of which AEP clients in NCR were surveyed on the delivery arrangements for their UNCLAIMED AEP cards "for release" but were postponed due to Luzon-wide ECQ.

📌 Survey showed that 64% of our AEP clients preferred delivery of their approved but unclaimed AEP cards via courier service (note our partner courier service provider and corresponding rates, etc.)

📌 Further instructions indicated below for your guidance. In compliance with the DOH protocols / physical distancing measures, we shall only assist online via e-mail.

📌 We shall only prioritize request through courier service delivery effective 02 June 2020.
