From 08 - 14 May 2026, the Coast Guard Sea Marshal Force provided assistance and escorted a total of 247,499 passengers, 1030 vessels, with 1 reported maritime incident.
Our Sea Marshals will remain vigilant and dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of both passengers and vessels throughout the country.

𝐈𝐍𝐂𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓: The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) conducted a Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC) for an ailing Filipino crew member of a foreign vessel, MV Nagato, in the waters off Basco, Batanes on May 5, 2026.
The 46-year-old crew member from Barangay Dapitan, Pototan, Iloilo City suffered from a knee injury and high blood pressure.
