'PANAPTON SANG KALUWASAN'

The MDRRMO of Tigbauan in Iloilo wins first place in the LDRRMO Category of the Recycle, Upcycle, and Repurpose Contest organized by the Office of Civil Defense (OCD-6) in line with the observance of the National Disaster Resilience Month 2022.

Artists Jerome Triste, Arnel Balcuba and Benjamin Moralde used fish nets, soda bottles, abaca rope, and fabric scraps to make the safety gear.
