Please be informed that on April 17 and 18, 2026, we will hold our exclusive satellite registration at the Barangay Hall of Barangay 649.

Additionally, there will be a temporary suspension of our satellite registration at Robinsons Ermita from April 21 to 25, 2026, due to the conduct of our Election Registration Board hearing for those who applied for registration from January to March 2026.

We will resume accepting applications at Robinsons Ermita on April 28, 2026. Thank you.

Pursuant to COMELEC Minute Resolution No. 26-0245 dated March 25, 2026, the COMELEC Manila 5th District adopts the following work arrangement from April 6 to 27, 2026, in view of the declaration of a national energy emergency due to geopolitical tensions and disruptions in the global fuel supply:

Work-From-Home (WFH)
— Every Monday

Four-Day Workweek
— Tuesday to Friday - Onsite operations (Level 4, Center Atrium, Beside Chowking, Robinsons Ermita, Manila)

Voter Registration Continues
— Saturdays, available at:

Sa ilalim ng Republic Act 12232, ang mga elected Barangay Officials at Sangguniang Kabataan ay maglilingkod na ng 4 na taon.

Pumunta sa COMELEC sa Office of the Election Officer (OEO) kung saan ka residente, o sa pinakamalapit na SRAP site. Tingnan ang SRAP sites at schedules dito:

STEP 2
Magdala ng valid government-issued ID.

STEP 3
Sagutan ang Application Form (CEF-1).

STEP 4
Magpa-biometrics capture (larawan, fingerprints, at digital signature).

Kunin ang iyong acknowledgment receipt matapos ang proseso. Ang iyong application ay isasailalim sa review ng Election Registration Board. Hintayin ang posting ng listahan ng approved applicants sa COMELEC Bulletin Boards.
