The Senate on Wednesday, October 1, approved a resolution urging the International Criminal Court to place former president Rodrigo Duterte under house arrest for “humanitarian conditions.”

Fifteen senators voted in favor of Senate Resolution No. 144, three voted against it, while two abstained.
