ARNOLD CASINGAL SANTIAGO, RCrim., DPA, District Director, Manila Police District, graced the Opening Ceremony of the 2-Day Seminar on Proper Weapon Handling and Maintenance of the NEGEV Light Machine Gun (LMG) held at the SWAT Manila Police District Headquarters, reaffirming the district’s commitment to enhancing the operational readiness, discipline, and tactical proficiency of its personnel through continuous capability-building programs and responsible fi****ms training in support of effective law enforcement and public safety operations.

Hon. Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso led the turnover of 40 Yamaha NMAX motorcycles from the First Tondo Complex Association Inc. and Chiang Kai-shek College to the Manila Police District, which were formally received by PBGEN ATTY. ARNOLD CASINGAL SANTIAGO, RCrim., DPA, District Director, Manila Police District. The motorcycle units will be distributed to the different police stations to enhance mobility, increase street visibility, and strengthen public safety efforts across Manila.

PBGEN ATTY. ARNOLD CASINGAL SANTIAGO, RCrim., DPA, District Director, Manila Police District, led the District Barangay Ugnayan held at Raxabago Police Station and Moriones-Tondo Police Station to strengthen coordination and partnership between the police and barangay officials in addressing peace and order concerns within the community. During the activity, he emphasized the importance of active communication, cooperation, and shared responsibility in sustaining public safety and effective crime prevention efforts. PBGEN SANTIAGO also encouraged barangay leaders to work closely with law enforcement authorities in reporting incidents, resolving local issues, and supporting police programs aimed at maintaining a safer and more secure environment for residents.

PBGEN ATTY. ARNOLD CASINGAL SANTIAGO, RCrim., DPA, District Director, Manila Police District, led a police visibility inspection at Fusion Alley as part of the continuing efforts of the MPD to enhance public safety and security. He encouraged all vendors, workers, and visitors in the area to stay vigilant, observe their surroundings, and promptly coordinate with the police regarding any suspicious individuals or unusual activities. PBGEN SANTIAGO stressed that effective crime prevention can be achieved through strong partnership, awareness, and cooperation between law enforcement authorities and the community.
