Hon. Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso led the turnover of 40 Yamaha NMAX motorcycles from the First Tondo Complex Association Inc. and Chiang Kai-shek College to the Manila Police District, which were formally received by PBGEN ATTY. ARNOLD CASINGAL SANTIAGO, RCrim., DPA, District Director, Manila Police District. The motorcycle units will be distributed to the different police stations to enhance mobility, increase street visibility, and strengthen public safety efforts across Manila.
