We were honored by the presence of Hon. Jhosep Y Lopez, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court who inspired us as our Honoree. The event was also graced by PGEN NICOLAS D TORRE III, the First Lakan to be the Chief of the Philippine National Police. The program was led by the ever esteemed PBGEN ARNOLD E ABAD, District Director of Manila Police District.
