When a woman carries both the weight of duty and the love of a mother, she becomes a quiet force of strengthβresilient, selfless, and unwavering. π
In celebration of National Womenβs Month 2026, we honor the extraordinary women of the Philippine Coast Guard whose stories reflect both courage in service and devotion at home.
Today, we highlight πππ πππ§ππ‘π’π π ππ¨π¬π πππ, πππππ² ππππ’πππ«-ππ§-ππ‘ππ«π π π¨π ππ‘π πππ¦π’π§π’π¬ππ«πππ’π―π ππ’π―π’π¬π’π¨π§, who has dedicated 10 years of service in the PCG. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a proud member of ππππ ππ₯ππ¬π¬ ππ-ππππ βππππππππππβ, she exemplifies competence and dedication in her field. Beyond her role in uniform, she is a loving mother of twoβnurturing her children while steadfastly fulfilling her responsibilities to the nation.
Her journey is a testament to sacrifice and balanceβthe early mornings, long hours, and silent strength required to serve the country while being a constant source of love and support for her family. In every task she carries out, she reflects not only professionalism and commitment, but also the heart of a mother who serves with purpose.
SW1 Joseβs story reminds us that women in uniform do more than serveβthey inspire, they nurture, and they lead in ways that shape both their families and the institution they belong to.
As we celebrate Womenβs Month, may we recognize and honor mothers like her, whose strength knows no boundaries, and whose dedication continues to uplift and strengthen the Coast Guard and the generations they raise.
