1. READING-BACKUP-RECOVERY-FAILOVER:

NO. in realworld fast moving transaction ang mga tolls nyo. "BACKUP","REDUNDANCY","FAIL OVERS" lagi DAPAT ang asa MINDSET NYO and you only have 2 readers? and ask user to tap their NFC cards?

Retry Reading(atras sulong) - 20seconds
Find NFC card - 10 seconds
Open window tap card - 5seconds

35 seconds DELAY na un. analyze nyo ung traffic na un.
Again, "BACKUP","REDUNDANCY","FAIL OVERS" and INVEST.

2. RELOADING: You all know since easytrip pa (active type readers) ang tagal ng syncing from your main database ppnta sa stations. for years hindi nyo inimprove knowing na ppnta na tayo sa cashless.

Ilang Kilometers lang ang stretch ng NLEX. you can install P2P antennas or source from PLDT/Converge/Globe to line your toll gates for you to have enough bandwidth na masync in REALTIME ung balance.(leased line)

if you have 1million records 1kilobyte each data you only need atleast 1 Gigabyte of allocation para maka sync kayo ontime. INVEST ON INFRASTRUCTURE. pero that's not how it should be DESIGNED hindi syncing ang tama approach it should be "PUSH". everytime may transaction lang dun nyo lang e ppush ang record sa mga system nyo and toll gates. concern nyo what if down ang connection?
you can have PRIMARY(isp) and SECONDARY(p2P) installed. Down dalawa? may CACHING na tinatawag na approach. save the data now and sync later pag online na.
GOOD SYSTEM DESIGN will address it.

3. READING - ENVIRONMENT: you need to have AT LEAST 4 readers sa bungad and 4 readers sa boom side. WHY? kasi may tinatawag na LINE OF SIGHT or READ FIELD. how can you assure na ung nag iisa reader nyo sa taas kaya e consider lahat ng READING ENVIRONMENT. sobra malabo. poorly designed. you need to install 2 sa taas covering the whole lane and 2 sa side to cover if highly metallic ang sasakyan papasok. if you have concern na lumagpas sa kabila lane ang magnetic field. ALL RFID READERS HAVE db control.
ibig sbhin nun you can adjust the power ng magnetic field or ung RANGE of reading.
TUNING is the KEY. if may lumalagpas parin you can always install MAGNETIC SHIELD.
or CUSTOMIZED you FREQUENCY per lane.

You forced users to put STICKERS sa headlight sacrificing SAFETY hindi lahat ng headlight are GLASS others are LENS TYPE iba plastic surface. pinagsacrifice nyo sila pero dapat kayo ang mag adjust

Best way is to find all weather sticker. install sa windshield(outside) likod ng rear mirror and then you start ADDING AND TUNING your antennas/readers given all ENVIRONMENT FACTORS. ang pinag adjust nyo ung mga tao.

6. BALANCE CHECKING
NOT ENOUGH CAPACITY - tnry ko silipin ang source code ng mga reloading apps niyo.
and you only have one API to check the balance kaya pag rush hour halos hindi kana makpag check ng balance. again INVEST. setup multiple gateway and have load balancing setup sa mga API ninyo. ibig sbhin nun if i'm getting 95% utilized sa dami ng user

Provide PREPAID RFID CARD / TAG. sa mga once a year lang mag NLEX.

if you follow Item 3-meron nalang kayo single location ng pag install so kahit sino kaya e install ang RFID. then need nalang nila mag upload ng OR/CR, PICTURE ng SSKYAN and you verify it sa call center nyo.
Security Issue? Bank and Financial Firms ginagawa na mode of verification na ngayon yan. step up.

To all the Drivers:

1. READING: If papasok kayo ng Toll Gate. Meron DUAL READER ang IBANG lanes.
Piliin niyo ung meron DUAL ACTIVE READER. Why? it takes 3 seconds para maprocess
ng controller ng RFID ung data nyo before nya open ung boom. (See Picture 1).
If pumunta ka sa lane na SINGLE READER lang asa dikit kana ng Boom and you still need to wait for 3 seconds para mag open. cause nun, 3-5 seconds delay na un at domino effect na sa likod.
If wala reader sa bungan dikit ka sa boom and wait for 3 seconds.

2. READING: PLEASE. If DUAL ACTIVE READER ang lane mo. WAG KA DUMIKIT SA KASUNOD MO.
Why? ung reader sa taas ng boom(Secondary) chaka ung reader sa bungad(Primary) nababasa na nya ung sayo haba pinaprocess nya ung sa rfid asa malapit sa boom. cause nun CONFUSION sa system.
(tho pwede ayusin ng programmer yan). kaya pinapatras kayo para mag NULL or reset ang current read data ng reader. another seconds of delay un. so PLEASE WAG DUMIKIT (See Picture 1) para hindi dalawa nababasa ng system.

3. READING: sa RFID READING, meron tinatawag na READ FIELD, MAGNETIC FIELD, FREQUENCY FIELD.
or in short LINE OF SIGHT ng READER ppnta sa tag mo. MAKE SURE na alam mo position ng RFID STICKER MO. if asa headlight go near sa left side. basta ang rule. E GITNA MO ANG STICKER SA READER (See Picture 1)

4. BACKUP: Marahil hindi pa alam ng lahat, meron BACKUP NFC READER ang mga stations. NOT ALL ACTIVATED PA. NFC(near field communication) rfid din siya pero short range. ito naka lagay sa CARD na binigay when you purchased RFID. go near sa dati ticket dispenser. TAP NYO UNG CARD and bubukas na ung boom. So make sure asa inyo lagi ung CARD may use yan.

5. RELOADING: If magpapaload kayo. REALTIME YAN sa Database. PERO. HINDI realtime yan sa mga TOLL BOOTHS. why? sa observation ko, scheduled ang pag bato ng data ng SERVER ppnta sa Toll Systems nila. so better paload kayo 1hr before ng travel nyo para hindi kayo mag cause ng traffic. so it doesn't mean nag appear na sa BALANCE ONLINE nyo ay okay na. NO hindi pa synced sa toll gate system un. MAJOR ITEM THEY NEED TO IMPROVE. hindi rin ssbhin sayo ng toll na zero balance kana. question mark lagi why ayaw bumukas.
