The Bureau of Customs, through the Balikbayan and OFW Action Center headed by Director Venus E. Apas, immediately took action to address the concerns raised and provide the necessary assistance and coordination.

This reflects our continuing commitment to listen, respond, and bring government services closer to our Overseas Filipino Workers.
