LOOK: BRP Sindangan (MRRV-4407) under the helm of Commanding Officer, Coast Guard Lieutenant LEE B OMAWENG together with his fellow Junior Officers and crew conducted Donning and Oath of Taking Ceremony to the newly promoted Non-Officers with a total of sixteen (16) personnel who took their oath and qualified for the said promotion on 18 September 2023.
The observance of mass promotion is to give honor and recognition to the newly promoted Non-Officers as well as to uplift the morale of each PCG personnel in support to PCG Functions.
