Constructively promote student's rights and welfare, organization's projects, activities and programs in establishing the role of the students to be at service to the entire Filipino people. SANDIGAN PARTY ALLIANCE aims to provide the essential link between the statement of the needs of the students and efforts to fill these needs. It stands for quality education, protection of student's rights, reasonable university policies and excellent servitude for the student body.
