A successful conduct of the Gender Sensitivity Training (GST) was held on 15–16 June 2026 for newly hired DOF personnel and employees who have not yet attended the training.

The activity aimed to strengthen participants' awareness and understanding of gender sensitivity, equality, and inclusivity in the workplace. The training was facilitated by Ms. Cecil Iguiron-Fantastico.
Through initiatives like this, DOF continues to promote a gender-responsive, respectful, and inclusive work environment for all.

We successfully wrapped up our webinar, “EmpowerHER: Strengthening Mental Wellness, Emotional Intelligence, and Resilience among Working Women,” held last May 25, 2026, via Google Meet.

We were privileged to have Prof. Justine Ray N. Chavez—a licensed psychologist, psychometrician, and mental health advocate—as our expert resource speaker. It was a powerful session packed with practical insights on mental health, breaking gender stereotypes, and reclaiming time for personal well-being.

📢 ADVISORY | Webinar on Gender-Fair Language and Images (GFLI)

The DOF GFPS Secretariat invites all interested DOF personnel to attend the Gender-Fair Language and Images (GFLI) on 08 June 2026 via Google Meet from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

This webinar aims to promote fairness, clarity, and respect in communication through the proper use of gender-fair language and images in the workplace.

Interested personnel are advised to coordinate with their respective Division Chiefs for inclusion in the official list of participants.
