"History Of A.H. Lacson Public Library" it was through the effort of mr. of a rented building along plaza hugo, sta ana, manila.

it was on the 2nd of july 1956, when sta ana branch library was formally organized by vertue resolution #508 & ordinance 3767, approved on november 11, 1855. zoilo del rosario, the assign librarian , that the library was opened to the public on july 16, 1956, housed on the 2nd flr. the library was inaugurated on aug 31, 1956.
