The Institute Student Government โ Legislative Department, together with the Commission on Student Elections (COMSELEC), presents the official consolidated results of the 2025 Federated Student Government Constitution and By-Laws Plebiscite.
After the closing of precincts and the completion of ballot counting across all Colleges, the proposed amendments and the 2025 EARIST Federated Student Government Constitution and By-Laws have been approved by the student body.

In support of the Institute Student GovernmentโLegislative Department (ISG-LD) and in affirmation of the Instituteโs commitment to strengthening student governance, the Office enjoins all students, faculty members, subject teachers, and concerned administrative units to participate fully in the 2025 EFSG Constitution and By-Laws Presentation and Plebiscite.
โข Room-to-Room Presentation: December 3โ7, 2025, to ensure wide dissemination and informed student engagement.
โข Faculty Accommodation: Subject teachers are requested to accommodate CSG presenters conducting information drives, with respectful coordination to minimize academic disruption.
โข Plebiscite Voting: December 9, 2025, 8:00 AMโ3:00 PM, in designated classrooms within each college serving as official voting precincts.
โข No Class Suspension: Regular classes shall continue during both the information dissemination and the voting period. Students are required to report to school as usual.
All concerned are encouraged to extend full cooperation to ensure broad awareness, active participation, and the orderly and legitimate conduct of the plebisciteโreflecting the values of student empowerment, transparent governance, and institutional development.

The 3-day Public Consultation for the Amendments of the 1995 Constitution and By-Laws, held on November 19, 20, and 21 and led by the ISGโLegislative Department, has officially concluded. With an impressive 417 attendees from various colleges across the campus, the sessions served as an open platform for students to voice their ideas, raise key concerns, and propose meaningful amendments to strengthen our governing system โ upholding transparency in the entire process.
The active participation of students throughout the consultation reflects our shared commitment to fostering accountable and inclusive student governance. Your voices continue to shape a Constitution and By-Laws that truly represent the EARISTian community.
