Sa akin pong karanasan,masasabi ko pong maraming kaso ang nalulutas dahil na rin sa tulong ng mga mapagmasid at mapagmalasakit na mamamayan.Kaya nga po tayo ay nagtatatag ng mga "force multipliers" na siyang nakakasama at nakakatulong ng ating mga kapulisan.
