【您知道嗎？《入出國及移民法》已經放寬年滿18歲以上無戶籍國民申請定居門檻囉！】

自113年1月1日起，年滿18歲以上無戶籍國民申請在臺定居，不受「須在臺居住一定期間」限制，取得國民身分證更快速！

符合以下情形者，可申請定居設籍：
✔ 在國外出生，出生時父或母為在臺設有戶籍的國民。
✔ 在國內出生，出生時父或母為在臺設有戶籍的國民，未辦理出生登記，出國後持中華民國護照或外國護照入國。

2️、至設籍地戶政事務所辦理初設戶籍登記。
3️、設籍後第1次出境，請持具有「身分證統一編號」的中華民國護照出境。

臺灣師資跨海授課 文復會菲律賓分會暑期班逾400學員參加

為傳承傳統文化、深化海外華裔青少年文化教育，文復會菲律賓分會於6月1日上午在馬尼拉自由大廈五樓舉行「115年度暑期文教研習班始業式」，吸引超過400名學員及家長踴躍參加，現場座無虛席、氣氛熱烈，充分展現菲律賓僑界對文化教育及下一代培育工作的高度重視與支持。

文復會菲律賓分會會長莊杰森致詞表示，暑期文教研習班多年來肩負文化傳承與人才培育的重要使命，透過多元課程讓海外青年認識傳統文化的內涵與價值。他勉勵學員把握暑假學習機會，在課堂中用心學習、積極參與，不僅提升個人能力，更能進一步培養對傳統文化的認同感與使命感，將文化薪火代代相傳。

駐菲律賓代表處公使楊登仕致詞指出，文復會暑期班曾因疫情影響停辦數年，後續逐步恢復辦理，今年更特別邀請來自臺灣的優秀教師跨海來菲授課，實屬難得。他感謝文復會全體幹部、教師及工作人員長期投入文化教育工作，讓這項深具意義的文化傳承計畫得以持續推動，也讓海外青年擁有優質的學習平台與接觸傳統文化的機會。

暑期班總主任李淑慧隨後介紹來自臺灣的教師團隊，包括蔡淑貞、詹坤艋、陳惠容、張沁慧及蕭惠玲等5位教師，同時也介紹各班的班主任及助教。

教師團團長蔡淑貞表示，很榮幸再次受邀來菲授課，希望透過專業教學與文化交流，陪伴學員度過充實而有意義的暑假。五位教師將分別教授語文、珠心算、國畫、書法及民族舞蹈等課程，讓學生從不同面向體驗傳統文化之美。

活動中由楊登仕頒發菲華文經總會「正體漢字文化節」作文比賽甲、乙組優勝獎項，鼓勵學生持續精進語文能力。活動包括僑務委員黃雅惠、菲華文經總會常務委員黃仲廷、梁俊如、陳立人、中評委柯孫河、蔡自然、常務顧問施淑好、洪我柏、菲華文教服務中心主任莊博智、副主任簡槙男等人均出席。

Taiwan Cultural Workshop Inspires Philippine Educators

Nearly 30 language teachers from schools across the Philippines gathered on May 30 for a cultural training workshop that introduced the traditions of Taiwan’s Dragon Boat Festival while highlighting shared values that resonate with Filipino communities.

Organized by the Culture Center of T.E.C.O. in the Philippines under a cultural education initiative supported by Taiwan’s Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC), the workshop, titled “Dragon Boat Festival: Tradition Through Hands-On Experience,” combined cultural presentations with a traditional rice dumpling-making session, providing educators with practical ideas for classroom instruction and cultural activities.

Speaking at the event, Culture Center Director Eric Po-chih Chuang noted that cultural festivals offer valuable opportunities to connect language learning with history, traditions, and everyday life.

“Like many Filipino celebrations that bring families and communities together, Taiwan’s Dragon Boat Festival emphasizes remembrance, gratitude, community spirit, and the sharing of food,” Chuang said. “Through activities such as zongzi-making, students can experience culture in a meaningful and memorable way while developing language skills.”

He encouraged teachers to integrate cultural themes into language instruction and take advantage of the digital resources available through Taiwan’s 全球華文網HuayuWorld platform (https://www.huayuworld.org/), which offers a wide range of teaching materials and multimedia content. The Center also provided supplementary educational resources for participants to use in their classrooms.

The workshop was led by Mei-Chuan Huang, a teacher from Hope Christian High School, who introduced the history, legends, and customs associated with the Dragon Boat Festival through videos and interactive discussions. Participants then took part in a hands-on session learning how to wrap zongzi, the traditional sticky rice dumpling that has become one of the festival’s most recognizable symbols.

Teachers found interesting cultural parallels between zongzi and familiar Filipino rice-based delicacies such as suman and biko, which are likewise associated with family gatherings and community celebrations. The comparison sparked lively discussions on how food traditions help preserve cultural identity and strengthen social bonds in both Taiwan and the Philippines.

Participants described the workshop as both educational and enjoyable, saying it provided new ideas that could be adapted for classroom activities and school cultural programs. Many expressed interest in introducing students to Taiwan’s festival traditions through interactive learning experiences that combine language, history, food, and culture.

臺灣企業送暖菲律賓 200名弱勢學童受惠

臺灣知名衛浴品牌和成欣業（HCG）菲律賓分公司攜手Metro World Child（大都會國際兒童事工）於5月30日下午在馬尼拉都會區帕拉納克市（Parañaque）Sucat Highway社區辦理「學用品捐贈活動」，吸引約250位社區居民參與，共有200名弱勢學童獲贈文具及學用品，為即將到來的新學年送上祝福與希望。

本次活動由HCG和成菲律賓總經理、菲律賓臺灣工商總會副會長林任保親自率領公司主管團隊及家人參與，並獲Metro World Child長期投入社區服務的志工團隊協助辦理。菲律賓臺灣工商總會副主委李秭豔也到場共同投入服務，攜手將臺灣人的溫暖與關懷帶進菲律賓基層社區。

林任保表示，企業的成長來自社會的支持，因此更應善盡企業社會責任，秉持「取之於社會、用之於社會」的精神回饋地方。他特別帶著一家四口及公司幹部共同參與公益活動，希望透過身體力行，讓下一代體會分享與服務的重要價值，也鼓勵更多企業一同投入公益，為社會帶來正向力量。

李秭豔表示，Metro World Child多年來持續關懷菲律賓弱勢兒童，透過教育輔導、品格培育及社區服務陪伴孩子成長。此次能與臺灣企業攜手合作，不僅為孩子們提供實質協助，更讓當地家庭感受到來自臺灣人民的關心與友誼。

大都會國際兒童事工自今年3月起推動「一袋文具，一個盼望」專案，包括菲律賓臺灣工商總會、旅菲南線臺商會、中華航空、HCG和成及多位旅菲臺商均熱情響應，不僅展現臺灣企業深耕菲律賓、積極回饋在地社會的精神，也再次彰顯「Taiwan Can Help」的理念。
