𝐀𝐜𝐫𝐲𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 is a masterclass in adaptive leadership and fluid dynamics. In leadership, as in pouring, one must tilt the canvas as the environment changes. This teaches women to manage flow and pivot when a project takes an unexpected direction. Pouring, being irreversible, also builds the “decisiveness muscle,” the ability to commit to a bold move and live with the outcome.

In pottery, a woman moves from being a laborer to a creator. Transforming raw clay into a high-value product teaches women the fundamentals of the value chain – sourcing, production, quality control, and branding.

A pottery workshop not only educates women on environmental stewardship but also equips women with entrepreneurship skills and enables them to actively participate in decision-making and community development.

The two (2)-hour 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝-𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 is a tactile experience where the focus is on creating functional or decorative objects using on one’s hands and a few simple tools with no spinning pottery wheel involved.

In line with the 2026 National Women’s Month Celebration, the OP Gender and Development Focal Point System (OP-GFPS) invites OP-Proper human resources to participate in the following activities designed to promote gender equality, empowerment, and awareness. 💜
