March 20, 2026- In response to the continuous increase in fuel prices and the ongoing transport strike that have significantly affected commuters, personnel of the Barbosa Police Station, under the leadership of PLTCOL JOLLY C SORIANO, Station Commnder, implemented the Libreng Sakay Program as part of the PNP’s commitment to responsive, people-centered public service. This initiative aims to assist passengers, particularly students, during the transport strike while demonstrating genuine care and compassion for the community.
