𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐍𝐀𝐍 l 𝐋𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐑 𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐂𝐄 𝐒𝐔𝐑𝐕𝐄𝐘 𝐍𝐆 𝐉𝐔𝐋𝐘 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

Umabot sa 49.21 milyon ang mga Pilipinong may trabaho noong Hulyo 2026. Samantala, lumaki sa 52.36 milyon ang labor force at umakyat sa 63.6% ang labor force participation rate—mas mataas kumpara sa kaparehong buwan noong nakaraang taon.

Kabilang sa mga hakbang upang mapalawak ang access sa trabaho ang “Trabaho Agad Job Fair,” sa pangunguna ni DOLE Secretary Francis N. Tolentino, na naglalapit sa mga jobseeker at employer at nagbibigay ng mas mabilis na daan tungo sa agarang employment opportunities.

Patuloy ang DOLE sa pagsusulong ng mas produktibo, inklusibo, matatag, at future-ready na mga trabaho para sa bawat Pilipino.

Hindi iisa ang paraan ng pagtatrabaho—at hindi rin iisa ang approach sa pagharap sa changing workplace needs.

Alamin ang 6 Types of Flexible Work Arrangements (FWAs) and how each arrangement works: Compressed Workweek, Reduction of Workdays, Rotation of Workers, Forced Leave, Flexi-Holidays Schedule, at Broken-Time Schedule.

Anuman ang arrangement, tandaan: may flexibility, pero may protections pa rin. Dapat may consultation at voluntary agreement, walang diminution of benefits, at patuloy na sinusunod ang applicable labor at OSH standards.

TINGNAN l LABOR FORCE SURVEY NG JUNE 2026
