🔴 PAYROLL UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT 🔴

All submissions, regardless of semester, are now consolidated into one payroll due to the limited number of PRs.

The 1st Semester AY 2026–2027 Payroll now includes:
• Withheld stipends from 2nd Semester AY 2025–2026
• Thesis Allowance
• Graduation Allowance
• Summer Allowance
• 1st Semester Financial Assistance

As previously posted, payroll entries that have already been approved will proceed without issue. Please expect the crediting of your account within 18 working days upon approval.

Please be informed that once your payroll status is marked APPROVED, this means there are no further issues. Kindly wait for the crediting to your account.

Please note that crediting is no longer within our control. We are currently coordinating with DOST-SEI for payroll updates as of today, October 13, 2026.

PAYROLL STATUS UPDATE as of October 2, 2026

Please refer to the table provided for your information and reference regarding the status of your payroll.

Please be informed of the following updates:
✔Work Schedule Updates
DOST-SEI Taguig is currently on a compressed work week (Monday to Thursday) in line with the Presidential Memorandum Circular.
PUP DOST-SEI Satellite Office observes work-from-home every Monday, following PUP EO No. 5, s. 2026.

✔WFH
Coordinators are not allowed to bring home any documents home as it is not allowed, Hence, no evaluation is being held on Mondays.

📜 Government employees in the Philippines are restricted from bringing official documents home primarily under rules on data security and confidentiality 📜

📜 Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), Memorandum Circular No. 78 (s. 1964, as amended) on classified matters, and most recently Executive Order No. 119 (July 13, 2026), which updates government data classification and establishes a data residency framework. These collectively prohibit unauthorized removal or storage of sensitive government records outside official premises. 📜

✔Thesis and Graduation Allowance
Submissions regarding the above-mentioned documents are included under 2nd Semester Payroll.

Please be informed that the Transportation Allowance submissions from February to May encountered delays. As per discussion last Saturday, September 26, 2026, the allowance will be credited to your ATM accounts today or tomorrow.

The DOST-SEI Satellite Office will have no operations today, September 24, 2026, as our coordinators attend the Junior Level Science Scholarships (JLSS) Orientation.

Key Details:

Reason: Attendance of office coordinators at the JLSS Orientation.

Services & Inquiries:Please be advised that we will **not** be able to answer or respond to any messages via email or Messenger today.

Resumption of Services: Regular office operations and message inquiries will resume tomorrow during standard business hours.
