To all concerned:
All submissions up to Batch 4 will be processed as usual.

Submissions after Batch 4 will be consolidated and evaluated for preparation of payroll, and submitted for crediting to DOST-SEI Taguig on the following schedule:

📌Every 16th of the month (or the next working day if the 16th falls on a weekend or holiday), for submissions covering 1-15.

📌Every 1st day of the following month (or the next working day if 1st day falls on weekend or holiday), for submissions covering 16-31 of the preceding months.

This ensures timely and organized reporting. Please prepare your documents accordingly and submit them on time to avoid delays.

Your feedback matters and will help inform future scholarship support.

PUP-DOST-SEI opens the application for the conduct of the 1st National Patriot Research Conference (NPRC) for 2026 with the theme “Advancing Research Excellence for Sustainable Agricultural Solutions” on 22-26 April 2026.

The applicant should be able to meet the Eligibility Criteria, as follows:

1. Be a DOST-SEI undergraduate scholar who:
☑️Completed their thesis during Second Semester AY 2024–2025 or First Semester AY 2025–2026, or
☑️Is in the final stage of thesis completion during Second Semester AY 2025–2026;
☑️Must not have previously participated in any Scholars Research Camp.
2. Have attended the Values Formation Orientation Webinar.
3. Be physically fit and free from any pre-existing medical condition prior to attending the NPRC (Undeclared medical conditions are not the liability of DOST-SEI).
4. Submit the required documents, specifically:
☑️An abstract, and
☑️A thesis adviser’s endorsement letter, submitted to the DOST Regional Office Coordinator or Project Staff.
𝒩𝑜𝓉𝑒: 𝒪𝓃𝓁𝓎 𝑜𝓃𝑒 (1) 𝒟𝒪𝒮𝒯-𝒮𝐸𝐼 𝓈𝒸𝒽𝑜𝓁𝒶𝓇 𝓅𝑒𝓇 𝓇𝑒𝓈𝑒𝒶𝓇𝒸𝒽 𝑔𝓇𝑜𝓊𝓅 𝓂𝒶𝓎 𝒶𝓅𝓅𝓁𝓎 𝒶𝓃𝒹 𝓅𝓇𝑒𝓈𝑒𝓃𝓉.
5. Fully accomplish:

PUP-DOST-SEI opens the application for the annual 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩 of DOST-SEI to be held on March 12 - 16, 2026 at Tagaytay City.

To be an applicant, the 𝘧𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘤𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘢 𝘮𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘣𝘦 𝘮𝘦𝘵:

1. Must be a 2nd year or 3rd year male or female ongoing undergraduate scholar who has not yet participated in previous SLCs.
2. Must be physically fit and should not have any pre-existing illness prior to attending the seminar.
3. Must have attended the webinar on Values Formation Seminar last 2025 or 2026.
4. Must accomplish the online registration form and questionnaire.
5. Must be willing to sign the contract of agreement and accept the cancellation policy.
