The Coast Guard Medical Service (CGMED) proudly participated in the PCG Wellness and Health Fair 2026 with the theme, โAlagang PCG: Healthy Ka Na, Mission Ready Ka Pa!โ, held on 08 October 2026 at the Shaded Area and Function Hall, National Headquarters, Philippine Coast Guard (NHQ-PCG).
The event provided PCG personnel with access to a wide range of health and wellness services offered by participating PCG units, partner organizations, and healthcare providers, promoting a healthier and more mission-ready workforce.
As part of CGMEDโs participation, the Coast Guard Medical Service established health and wellness booths in collaboration with Boehringer Ingelheim Philippines, UNLAB Medical Clinic, and WEV Medical Industries. Services offered included laboratory tests, free medical consultations, physical rehabilitation services, skincare services, and the distribution of free eyeglasses by members of the 124th PCG Auxiliary Squadron, headed by AUX CDR Mae Juliet Dela Cruz PCGA. Mental health information and awareness campaigns were likewise conducted by the Neuro-Psychological Assessment Department (NPAD) to promote psychological well-being among PCG personnel.
In addition, CGMED personnel actively supported the event by operating food booths, fostering camaraderie and contributing to the overall success of the activity.
The Coast Guard Medical Service extends its sincere gratitude to all participating stakeholders, partner organizations, healthcare providers, volunteers, and personnel who generously shared their time, expertise, and services. Your invaluable support and commitment to promoting the health and well-being of our Coast Guard personnel greatly contributed to the success of this meaningful event.
Together, we continue to build a healthier, more resilient, and mission-ready Philippine Coast Guard.
