👩‍🎓🧑‍🎓Who are eligible to apply?
1. 1st Yr College students who are bonafide residents of Barangay Tabio
2. Who are currently enrolled to private or state universities as FIRST YEAR COLLEGE ONLY

✅Requirements:
1st Year Collegians
a. Certificate of Enrollment this current semester, S.Y 2026-2027
b. Photocopy of School I.D
c. Certificate of Indigency

👉Where to submit:
> at Barangay Hall Tabio, Mankayan Benguet; SK Table (Monday-Friday)
> Fill in submission logbook and submit your complete requirements to the Barangay Secretariat or Staffs
(Practice courtesy, greet the Barangay officials and personnels when entering the Barangay hall premises)

The Mankayan Sangguniang Kabataan Federation and Local Youth Development Council invite all Mankayan youth aged 16 to 25 years old to join the Youth Inspire Change Seminar/Workshop in celebration of Linggo ng Kabataan 2026.

This activity is conducted pursuant to Municipal Ordinance No. 2025-03, which institutionalizes the annual celebration of "Lambak Di Anan-ak" every third week of August in the Municipality of Mankayan.

The SK Tabio humbly received these two recognitions awarded by the Luis Hora Memorial Regional Hospital during the Recognition Program in the National Voluntary Blood Services Program in Celebration to National Blood Donors Month with the theme “One Drop of Humanity. Give Blood. Save lives.” happened on July 30, 2026 at Luis Hora Memorial Regional Hospital, Bauko, Mt. Province.

The SK Tabio also recognizes the efforts of our partners from the Health Institutions in supporting the SK Tabio’s initiatives and commitment in supporting Health related Programs and Activities to its constituents.
