Don't lose your mind to people who don't mind losing you.

If he watches you suffer while staying comfortable, that isn’t care.
If he’s aware he’s causing your hurt and keeps doing it, that’s cruelty.

A man who loves you won’t stand by as you suffer.
A true partner will do all they can to ease your pain.
A caring person will change their ways when they see they’re hurting you.
A loving man will put your wellbeing before his own convenience.

Indifference is worse than anger—at least anger means he feels something.
Conflict means he’s engaged; arguments mean he cares about how things turn out.
But indifference? That’s emotional death.

It means you aren’t worth fighting for.
It means your feelings don’t reach him.
It means he’s already checked out.

Don’t beg for someone to care about your pain.
Don’t explain why your hurt should matter.
Don’t try to convince anyone to have basic empathy.
Don’t fight for someone who lets you struggle alone.

If your tears don’t move him, nothing will.
If your suffering doesn’t push him to change, he never will.

Walk away from anyone who can watch you break and feel nothing at all.
