Ang 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐨 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐉𝐚𝐢𝐥 – 𝐅𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 ay buong pusong nakikiisa sa paggunita ng 𝑨𝒓𝒂𝒘 𝒏𝒈 𝑾𝒂𝒕𝒂𝒘𝒂𝒕 bilang pagpapakita ng pagmamahal sa bayan, pagkakaisa, at pagbibigay-pugay sa kagitingan at sakripisyo ng ating mga bayaning Pilipino na nag-alay ng kanilang buhay para sa kalayaan ng bansa.

Pinangunahan ni 𝗝𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗣 𝗙𝗟𝗢𝗥𝗔 𝗚 𝗡𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗚, Acting Jail Warden, kasama ang mga personnel at Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) ang pagpapakita at paglalagay ng Philippine National Flag sa loob ng pasilidad bilang pakikiisa sa pagdiriwang ng National Flag Day mula Mayo 28, 2026 hanggang Hunyo 12, 2026.

Nawa’y magsilbing paalala ang pagdiriwang na ito sa kahalagahan ng ating pambansang watawat bilang sagisag ng dangal, pagkakakilanlan, at pag-asa ng sambayanang Pilipino. Patuloy sana nitong pag-alabin ang diwa ng makabayan at responsableng paglilingkod sa bawat isa, lalo na sa pagtupad ng tungkulin nang may integridad, disiplina, at malasakit sa komunidad.

Sa pagkakaisa at pagmamahal sa bayan, patuloy nating itaguyod ang mga pagpapahalagang Pilipino tungo sa mas maayos, ligtas, at mapayapang lipunan.

In line with the continuous enhancement of tactical preparedness and personnel capability, the 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐨 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐉𝐚𝐢𝐥 – 𝐅𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 successfully conducted an 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐝 (𝐀𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐬) 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐔𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 focusing on disarming techniques for jail personnel.

The training was facilitated by 𝐉𝐎𝟏 𝗡𝗲𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐏 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐨, an accomplished athlete who previously competed in Arnis during the State Colleges and Universities Athletic Association (SCUAA) regional and national events. She proudly represented her institution and Region III in the SCUAA-III Olympics, particularly in the Single Weapon Anyo category.

The Single Weapon Anyo is a pre-arranged sequence of offensive and defensive movements in the Filipino martial art of Arnis using a single stick or blade. It demonstrates a practitioner’s fluid technique, combat readiness, and artistic expression through strikes, blocks, and footwork.

Through the training, personnel were equipped with fundamental Arnis techniques, proper defensive maneuvers, and practical disarming skills essential in maintaining safety, discipline, and preparedness in jail operations. The activity also promoted physical fitness, confidence, and camaraderie among personnel while strengthening their capability to effectively respond to various security situations.

Under the leadership of 𝐉𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐅𝐋𝐎𝐑𝐀 𝐆 𝐍𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐆, Acting Municipal Jail Warden, the facility remains committed to empowering personnel through continuous learning and skills development programs geared toward professional excellence and operational readiness.

With hearts full of compassion and service, The 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐨 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐉𝐚𝐢𝐥 - 𝐅𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 led by 𝐉𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐅𝐋𝐎𝐑𝐀 𝐆 𝐍𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐆, Acting Municipal Jail Warden successfully conducted our door-to-door and barangay-based distribution of grocery packs for the families and relatives of Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL).

Each grocery pack contained rice, bread, noodles, and canned goods as part of our continuing effort to extend support, hope, and care to those facing daily challenges while their loved ones are in custody.

This meaningful activity reflects our commitment to uplifting the lives of PDL families and reminding them that they are not alone. Through unity, kindness, and cooperation, we brought encouragement and smiles to many homes and communities.

We sincerely thank everyone who supported and contributed to the success of this outreach activity. Together, we continue to become instruments of compassion and positive change.

COMELEC Satellite Voter’s Registration for PDL.

The Marilao Municipal Jail – Male & Female Dormitories, in partnership with the Commission on Elections (COMELEC)–Marilao, successfully conducted a Satellite Voter’s Registration for Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) at the lobby area of Marilao Municipal Jail.

This initiative aims to uphold every qualified Filipino citizen’s right to vote and promote inclusive participation in the democratic process — even within correctional facilities.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Commission on Elections–Marilao for their support and commitment in bringing government services closer to our PDLs.

Together, we continue in “Changing Lives, Building a Safer Nation.”

BJMP Regional Office III formally welcomes JCSUPT MA ANNIE A ESPINOSA as the new Regional Director of the Jail Bureau, BJMPRO-III.

Today marks a meaningful milestone as we successfully conducted the KKDK Commencement Exercises of the Marilao Municipal Jail – Male & Female Dormitories.

This event highlights not only the completion of programs by our Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL), but also their resilience, growth, and renewed hope for a better future.

This commencement is more than a ceremony—it is a symbol of transformation. It reflects the power of education, rehabilitation, and community support in helping individuals rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose. Each graduate stands as a testament that change is possible when given the right guidance, opportunities, and encouragement.

The 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐨 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐉𝐚𝐢𝐥 - 𝐅𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲, under the leadership of 𝐉𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐅𝐋𝐎𝐑𝐀 𝐆 𝐍𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐆, Acting Municipal Jail Warden and KKDK Facilitator, extends its heartfelt gratitude to all partners, personnel, and stakeholders who continuously support our mission of reformation and reintegration.
