Today marks the beginning of another dream turning into reality as we officially celebrate the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Construction of a New School Building at Baseco National High School. This meaningful project is wholeheartedly accepted and embraced by our School Principal, Dr. Maria May S. Forio.

This milestone represents more than the start of constructionโ€”it symbolizes hope, progress, and a brighter future for our learners and the entire Baseco Country community.

Our heartfelt and special thanks to the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office 3, through the KALAHI-CIDSS (Kapangyarihan at Kaunlaran sa Barangay) program, for making this meaningful project possible. We also extend our sincere appreciation to the KKB-CDD, Municipality of Mariveles headed by Mayor AJ Concepcion, Barangay Baseco Country headed by Hon. Abel Lopez, Schools District Supervisor Dr. Rodger De Padua, and all partner organizations and individuals whose dedication, support, and collaboration have helped turn this dream into reality.

Your commitment to bringing essential social services and development opportunities closer to communities is truly inspiring. This school building will stand as a lasting testament to the power of partnership, bayanihan, and collective action.

Ito po ay batay sa pinakahuling ulat ng PAGASA ngayong 8:00 PM, at sa rekomendasyon ng Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) upang mapangalagaan ang kaligtasan ng mga mag-aaral at ng publiko.

Ayon sa forecast ng PAGASA,maaari pa ring makaranas ang ating Lalawigan ng malakas na pag-ulan dulot ng Habagat, at ng posibleng pagbaha sa mga mabababang lugar.

Baseco National High School proudly celebrates being one of the recipients in the Regional Awarding of Functional School Governance Councils, with our School Head, Ma'am Maria May S. Forio, receiving the award on behalf of the school during the recognition ceremony held on June 18, 2026, at Hacienda Gracia Resort and Hotel, Sta. Maria, Lubao, Pampanga.

Anchored on DepEd Order No. 26, s. 2022, this distinction reflects the school's strong commitment to participatory governance, transparency, accountability, and shared decision-making.

This milestone was made possible through the collective efforts of our school leaders, teachers, parents, learners, community partners, and stakeholders who continuously work together to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Tandaan: Ang kahandaan ay susi sa kaligtasan!

Baseco National High School successfully conducted the 2nd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) 2026 as part of its continuing commitment to strengthening disaster preparedness and ensuring the safety and well-being of all learners, teaching, and non-teaching personnel.

Through this activity, the school community was reminded of the importance of being alert, prepared, and responsive during emergencies.
